flight was excellent. The crew was very helpful. Finnair made this 10 hour flight flyby. The entertainment screens on every seat really help save the battery life of your personal devices. We were served dinner and even a light breakfast, both of which were tasty. The crew even did all they could to help one group of passengers with their child, as to keep them comfortable during the flight.
Cons: "Not much help at the airport my luggage was lost"
Pros: "Both crews from JFK to HEL and HEL to JFK were great. Very attentive and accommodating."
Pros: "The crew was amazing, friendly and on-top of it. the filght was great. I was next too a large, smelly man and that affected my flight, but that was out of the airline crew's control made the flight a bit uncomfortable."
Cons: "Not to be seated next to a large man and a child behind me kicking my seat. Again, items out of your control. There is one item, and that is, I forgot to request a vegan food option and it would have been nice to have one last minute even though I did not request it."

Cons: "The temperature in the cabin was absurd. There were 3 people who fainted because it was an 8 hour flight, and the AC was not at an ideal temperature. I was sweating, and so was my mother. ABSURD"

Cons: "We were boarding later than expected Which caused some stress with connection flight"
Cons: "The flight was late to Helsinki and we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona that was also on Finnair. I was given a hotel voucher to a nice hotel with a complimentary dinner voucher. The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup"
Pros: "I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now."

Cons: "I somehow made my 35 minute layover, however I can’t say the same for my luggage. Totally unacceptable."
Pros: "Great communication from all aspects of crew etc during our delay. Fantastic flight crew who are very sweet and caring. I also enjoyed that we had meals on the flight and didn’t have to pay. That is such a simple but wonderful things."

Cons: "The configuration of seating in business class allows for no privacy and my connecting flight just had food and front seats for business class. Our three across seats were the same as everyone else."

Cons: "Boarding process was disorganized, no one helping adjust suitcases to maximize space (one guitar laid on its back instead of standing on its side took an entire bin instead of half), the flight attendant woke me up to lift my seat back because the person behind me wanted to eat. Their flawed design is not my problem."
Pros: "I like being serviced dinner on the flight. I like the personal iPad to watch movie."
Cons: "The seating was a little tight."
