THI IS THE 3RD CONSECUTIVE FLIGHT FROM ORD TO MSP THAT HAS BEEN DELAYED 2+ HOURS. CRAZY
Sat in the plane at the gate in SLC for 2+ hours before take off, getting me home nearly 3 hours later than planned.
I was impressed with how quickly the baggage transfers were made.
The Airline Attendant found us in flight and moved us to seats in the front of economy due to the short time we would have to make our connecting flight. We really appreciated it.
For some reason, there was very little volume on the cabin announcements. You could not hear what the pilot or crew were saying.
Carmen was an absolute delight on the flight staff! Everyone was lovely and made it a very pleasant flight.
Flight was delayed at airport with large backlog and WiFi was spotty
I don’t like mushrooms and that’s all they had with pasta
I Love Delta but one of the flight crew training in courtesy snd hospitality.
I don't know why the crew decided to board 15 minutes early without informing anyone not at the gate. Why would you have the app send a notification that we're boarding on time, instead board early, and then rush me to the gate. Then have me check my carry-on when I specifically packed my bag as to not do so.

Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!
Flight was on time, clean, etc. Despite connecting to your wi fi I was unable to use your app to watch entertainment.
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
Even though the incoming flight was delayed by 20 minutes they managed to get us to SFO 15 minutes early.
On time, easy boarding. Anytime you sit in an economy seat, it’s uncomfortable. New plane and the bathrooms were in the galley at the back of the plane which seemed odd.
It was fine for the most part. But the volume on the announcements was way too loud, and the cabin temperature was chilly. We had the hardest landing I've ever experienced- I think it hurt my back, and the tires squealed when we touched down.
Great, except the canon was so cold. Even the flight attendants put jackets on
The flights to and from Cincinnati were great at being on time for both, departures and arrivals. The planes could use some updating.
It was a dismal experience. The flight was delayed for 4 hours, and we spent hours in the plane, without air, during the summer. We were not provided with water, and the medical assistance was inadequate when it arose.
The landing the pilot was very smooth. The flight attendant was kind of rude.The boarding the plane in punta Gorda was not great made us wait out in the heat 😞
My exit seat was very comfortable Coffee was to be purchased but sodas free 😏
It was poor a four hour delay and no explanation for the delay. What’s a 35 dollars going to do. It also made me miss my car rental,
It was on time. Flight was comfortable. Staff was nice. It was the way a flight should always be.
The price was the only good thing about this flight. It was scary during takeoff when the plane tilted side to side. It made me feel very nervous as I have never had a take-off that unsmooth. There was no on-flight movie or music options and the only complimentary option was water. Other airlines offer trail mix or a caramel cookie and pop options as complimentary. This flight was a 2.5 hour flight. I understand for shorter flights not having options, but a flight 2 hours or longer should offer more complimentary options and in flight entertainment. Also the seats did not recline and for a longer flight reclining seats are a must for comfort.
A very pleasant flight but it would be greatly improved with wifi to help entertain kids
This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.
Great flight. Friendly staff. Free snacks and drinks would be nice. I would love fewer taxes and fees added on.
Had to pay for WiFi, delayed start, and sat on the runway forever.
As with most flights these days it was delayed by about 30 min.
The airline company should manage their crew for the plane on better schedule so people don’t have to wait in the plane. And this flight that I had had no snacks offered, and if you would like a water, you had to come see somebody and ask for. If airline would let people know that they are no longer providing or offering any food. At least people could bring their own if they wish.
The flight was delay roughly 90 minutes. Once we arrived at O'Hare, we sat on the tarmac for another 90 minutes. I understand that O'Hare is under construction however they need to figure out a solution as every incoming flight I have been on has been delayed coming to a gate.
The WiFi was out gr entire flight. Had to Diane for almost 1 hour to wait for a gate to open up for plane to dock. Very bad experience.
It was a short flight so there were no entertainments nor super comfortable which is OKAY, just the review system doesnt allow for N/A which is why okay was put, but overall good! No delays and nice crew
We were stuck with no gate upon landing for 90 minutes. Unacceptable.

Crew members great. Everything else a 0! Got on plane at 530am. Got de boarded for mechanical issue. Supposed to leave by 830 am. Zero communication from gate agents. Then supposed to leave by 230pm. Then delayed till 330pm. Still zero communication with gate agents. All they would say is if you have an issue call the 1800 number. You call and sit on hold minimum 45 minutes for zero answer. Finally board at 345pm didn’t take off till after 4pm! Sat in airport for 11 hours with 4 adults and 3 kids. Finally offered a $100 (we are sorry) voucher for next trip. Missed whole day in Florida had to change reservations in Florida! Absolute joke of an airline! And I usually really like sun country.
Booked through Kayak for $236. They canceled the flight unknown to me; retaining $100 for canceling it. Found out when I went to check in. Rebooked the same flight for $400. Incredibly disappointed. The Sun Country part was as to be expected. Crowded, no food, no arm room but got me where I wanted to go.

Sat between 2 big men. I was uncomfortable. Flight was delayed twice. About 2 hours altogether.

Exceptional take off and landing in snow and wind…thank you to the well skilled pilots!
I liked entertainment system being downloaded on my iPad. The selections were limited but I appreciated being able to use my own screen. The flight was just fine. My only issue was both terminals being far from the main airport. Especially stoning at LAX near midnight and having to wait for a bus to take us to baggage pickup. Very inconvenient.
