everything was fine. but paying for 1 piece of check-in luggage and denying passengers to board with carry-on luggage which by air line's standards does not fit is not acceptable. when one travels for a longer time one needs to have some essentials

My flight was cancelled. The flight they booked me on was delayed over 2 hours with mechanical problems so I missed my connection and they ran out of hotel rooms, so I had to book and pay for it on my own. I also had to pay for food out of pocket. It was a terrible experience.

I really didn't flight from Toronto to Sydney Because my flight was cancelled for the snow But you guys help me lot and put me in the flight from Toronto to Halifax I give you at 10/10 because was really good Just I had to drive 4 hours to be home

Was surprised the plane was a turbo prop. These are much noisier than jet planes.

Plus; Easy check in. Organized and efficient crew. Minus; Legroom on plane. Wiped down armrests and tray table with a Clorox wipe and wipe showed more dirt than I thought was there.
