Snack was one little packet of twisted pretzels and there was no entertainment on the long flight
Plane was clean and modern and spacious, usb ports all worked. No TVs
I had the row all to myself, which was fantastic! The food was pretty weak, though, which is an annoying thing about current travel. I didn't check out the entertainment, so can't rate that.
My window seat did not have a window. I chose seat 11A thinking I would have a view. I had a wall instead.
Once we were in the air, the flight was nice and smooth. The flight was about twenty minutes late to begin with, though, and then we needed to wait to land for another plane to land first.
I paid $129 to be upgraded to better seat only ti be completely ignored by flight attendants I think because I used the front restroom ???? I was dozing off and on but I was never once offered a beverage or snack but my seat mates were served numerous double vodkas. I want my money back. I tried to call Alaska Airlines complaints phone number and was told it was 2.5 hours to hold.
Despite the delays with boarding and flying out of Seattle, the flight crew was amazing!! This was my second experience flying with Alaska, and given the chance in the future, I would fly with them again.
At first, I was given my neighbor's meal but didn't realize I was eating his food until I had already taken a bite out of his cheese. My own meal was ok (and my neighbor was good natured about the mistake).

There were weather issues in the area apparently; however, that was not obvious from what we saw outside of LaGuardia. We were delayed leaving (which I understand); however, once we were on the plane we didn't leave for a long time. It may have been two hours?? - all I know is that we sat there for a long time with no information as to why we were not taking off. Finally, after 45 minutes to an hour (maybe?), the pilot gave us an update that no planes were able to go in the our flight path direction (or something like that) due to weather. There was nothing additional added. What does this mean? Why is this? What are the options? When will you give us another update? There were no updates for maybe another 30-45 minutes. There was no explanation as to why we couldn't be rerouted to avoid the weather. We had no information at all. We just sat on the plane (for about 2 hours) with very limited information. All I would have wanted is an explanation as to what was going on. Tell me there is bad weather coming our way. Tell me they are working to reroute us around it (which is what they did). Tell me SOMETHING.
The Columbus-based WestJet crews that cover Delta commuter flights between LGA and CMH are excellent - this team included. Our flight today landed 40 minutes early, which is unheard of when flying out of LaGuardia. I've flown with the same crew in more challenging conditions, and they always rise to the occasion with helpful communication to the passengers so that we may manage expectations.
Flight attendant was very poor in taking care or showing attention. I slept up front for a few and missed the snacks. She saw me many times, went by me many times and never once asked if I needed anything. The whole 2 hours flight. And this is to a Diamond member in first.
The team was wonderful. The entertainment screens were not working, so they recommended that we use the plane wifi to watch entertainment on our phones and none of the Delta entertainment links worked. Extremely frustrating process.
All the amenities was wonderful, if they could keep their prices that low. I'd fly with them all the time.
The WiFi was horrific. I fly delta often and love their (usually reliable and free) WiFi. On this flight it was intermittent and when it did connect was extremely slow. I couldn’t get any work done while I was on the flight which was extremely frustrating. I was also in the exit row seat where there is now immediate seat in front of you, so while the leg room was nice, I couldn’t even watch the TV when the internet wasn’t working. Finally, for the last 20 mins of the flight, the announcement indicator came on the TV screens and took them over, even though no announcement was being made. Really disappointed.
Boarding and crew were fantastic, but I paid for a window seat with no window. Seat 11D on a CRJ-900 apparently does not have a window. Lesson learned.
The gate agent was most helpful in getting me on to fly standby. I greatly appreciate it.
Excellent flight and got us around tough weather. Only issue was seat TV did not work and crew tried to reboot.
Although the flight left late, we arrived early. It was one of the quickest boarding and off boarding experiences I’ve had. It was kind of annoying the only drinks they had were water, coffee, and tea. The flight was very smooth, temperature was just right, and flight attendants were friendly.
Very Poor. Significant delays getting to Chicago and then very poor communication on delays in Chicago to Cleveland. We could have rented a car and driven there faster than the delays ended up being.
I'm a United 1K member and have ben for 10 years. The gate agent had no control over the boarding process and had us passengers queued for hours as delays were announced. On the plane, the overhead air nozzle was broken so col over was powering through on me and the passenger next to me. Not a great experience for a million miler on United. Feel free to contact me. Good quick flight on a small but comfortable plane. I'm 6'3 and had plenty of space.
Pushed back only to get deplaned due to a tire damaged by ground crew. They did at least go pretty fast. The bathrooms should be banned under the Geneva convention. No room to even sit straight on the toilet. The under-seat entertainment units block what little leg room there is.
It was delayed instead of departing at 9:20pm, we departed at 11pm… putting us in Columbus after 2am! It was awful. Had I known about the delay, I could have spent some time in the United Lounge… I was starving because I started my journey in Budapest… so I was exhausted and hungry. Plus I had to make new arrangements to be picked up at the airport in Columbus, instead of midnight it was 2:30 am after getting luggage and out of airport. Not feasible. I would have just stayed in Chicago for the night and gotten a morning flight.
United is today and old, the planes, the staff, the business processes. Yet they expect premium prices for a less than average flight experience. I should have remembered to stay away from them and will remember to stay away from them in the future since I'm traveling a lot again. In a nutshell, they suck eggs.

Seat horribly lacking in lumbar support. Bluetooth earphone connection Jair wouldn’t work. Food options were quite tasty and staff was professional and efficient as well as welcoming.
You can’t checking with no carry on bag, the entertainment was awesome and the crew very friendly and polite🫶
The flights to and from Cincinnati were great at being on time for both, departures and arrivals. The planes could use some updating.
It was a dismal experience. The flight was delayed for 4 hours, and we spent hours in the plane, without air, during the summer. We were not provided with water, and the medical assistance was inadequate when it arose.
The landing the pilot was very smooth. The flight attendant was kind of rude.The boarding the plane in punta Gorda was not great made us wait out in the heat 😞
My exit seat was very comfortable Coffee was to be purchased but sodas free 😏
It was poor a four hour delay and no explanation for the delay. What’s a 35 dollars going to do. It also made me miss my car rental,
Superb. Staff great. Great flight. As with other airlines, seating too tight and restrictive.
Gate agent asked if I could switch seats so a family could sit together. Agent moved me to a seat in the front of the plane, no charge. It was easy. The agent did a great job.
We waited for our captain to arrive and she made our flight take off 20 minutes late.
The staff was friendly, helpful and nice to the customers! What a nice experience- especially flying Toledo to St. Petersburg Fla nonstop and back !
It would b nice if they had served at least water and sodas - at no cost
The flight was delayed multiple times due to the inbound flight arriving late, which is not a major issue. That being said, the boarding process was awful. The gate agent(s) didn't allow sufficient time for the pre-boarding passengers to get settled in and then called the four priority groups at the same time - i.e., called Group 1 and then called Groups 2-4 all at the same time. This approach had all four priority groups standing on the jet bridge from the airplane door to the gate end of the jetway for 10+ minutes in the heat (i.e., it was 96F outside and uncomfortably warm). This approach also made the actual boarding process a mess. There were multiple points of failure with the boarding process that turned a late departure into more of an issue.
The entire process could’ve been better. Delayed multiple times and American lied and said it was due to Weather in New York, even though other flights were taking off the entire time (including other American Airlines flights)
Flight was delayed multiple times and rerouted to different concourses in the airport because of all of American's delays. App/boarding pass would not update with changed gate information.
Terrible. The flight I booked had a convenient departure time. Quick layover. And an arrival timed that worked for the people who had to pick me up. Thanks to delays and rebooking I got none of those things
The flight I booked was conveniently timed, had one brief stop and was going to be quick. The flight I ended up getting was delayed, took longer, had a far longer layover and arrived hours later than planned. Thanks for nothing.
They have overselled the ticket and kicked me out from boarding, All my Plans were collapsed and important network meeting missed.also I booked direct flight i have to go through an 1 stop and it was frustrated.
Patrons with larger bags were asked to check the bags when boarding. Seems like the most effective, and least costly way, way to successfully use the cramped space.
The boarding crew was very helpful with a little special problem I had. The inflight crew - so-so.
My flight was delayed twice. The first time because of “plane maintenance” and the second because the previous flight who supposedly “arrived early” took an obnoxiously long time to get off the plane. Total delay was over an hour for no reason. Not to mention your airline repeatedly changed our gate from one end of the terminal to the other. Not very happy about this experience. My previous flights with American haven’t had this many issues.
Plane temperature was so hot that everyone on the plane was sweating. Departure gates changed 3 times in the hour before the flight. Internet service was so poor in the terminal that updates weren't always being received.
