Mostly Professional. Meals good. Smooth takeoffs and landings. Staff very considerate of passengers going to the 'Head' during meals service.
Seats reclining mechanisms vary. Very inconvenient as it has a domino effect on those that do not work. Window shades sticky, Announcements unclear - our rolling accents Service of meals very slow. Can improve efficiency. Steep Jetways make egress very slow but understand that's an airport problem yet buses are faster from rear exit

Was not a big fan of this airline. The way to amsterdam and india the flights were an hr ahead of schedule but the rides were very turbulent.
Baggage system failures caused an hr and a half delay. Which made me miss my connecting flight in london. The customer service for jet airways is awful. Dealing with them over the phone was near impossible. The flight itself was awful. All drinks are served warm and the food is garbage. Crew was super slow and i would have to walk to the crew/kitchen area to get a drink. The plane and entertainment systems are dated. Terrible sound and video. My luggage was also damaged in transit.

Would like better food choices for vegetarian. It was mostly rice for all the meals, which is not so good for people with diabetes.
Boarding was surprisingly smooth and food, as anticipated was really good.
Neither the touch screen display or the remote worked. Mentioned that to one of the flight attendant who told me that the system will be reset after the food service. That did not happen so after waiting for another 2 hours into the flight, I spoke to another attendant who did reset the entertainment system. It did not work. Brought it to her attention and the response I got was, "Sorry, the flight is full and there is no other seat available". I had to sit through 14 hour long journey looking at other passengers or hear babies cry non-stop !
Never shows up on scheduled time. Consisten delays misleading the passengers
