Super friendly crew, good communication. I wasn’t expecting food on a short flight but they handed out a cheese sandwich on pretzel bun, very nice!

3hr delay and then missed connecting flight with another 6hr wait at the airport before getting a continuation to my trip, worst trip ever in my 50+years of flight travel

Without a doubt, my “customer service” experience with SWISS was the worst of my life. Multiple disconnections in conversations, very cold and indifferent staff, failure to follow up with promised status updates — simply put, T. H. E. W. O. R. S. T. A full week later, and I am STILL waiting to hear from them. Never again for me with SWISS. Disgraceful.

One would expect far better service and quality of seats from Swiss. The crew was super cold at best. My wife and I are both Star Alliance gold members and none of them even bothered to come and acknowledge our status and make us feel special. Seat is in need of a major overhaul. It’s simply outdated and the TV screen is far too small. Food and drinks selection was very sub par.

The flight and all amenities were good to excellent. SWISS was awful to deal with. Every step of the way they nickel and dime you. Chose your seats? $14. Change your seats… No accounting for the prior payment. You get billed again. 17 pound restriction on overhead luggage, nonsense. It’s a weight in the plane whether it’s in the overhead or in check baggage. They just milk you for every cent they can and I resent it. The flight was excellent.

plenty of legspace, snacks, no pull face from flight attendants when asking for a wine. Also fast transfer ability at ZRH.

The noise in the plane made the highest level of sound in the entertainment system ineffeective. The leg room was better than most flights bu the seats are not made for comfort. Food was ok but nothing to look forward too.

OK they lost my hold luggage but notified me straight away. My main complaint, after losing my suitcase, I was told my cabin bag had to go into the hold because of it’s size. I, obviously, didn’t want this to happen bearing in mind what happened to my suitcase and when I voiced my concerns I didn’t get an explanation I was just told it would be taken from me on entering the aircraft. Looking around I was surprised to see many passengers not only with larger bags than mine but sometimes two or three bags, taking them onto the aircraft. In the end, nobody bothered taking my bag off me so I just walked on with it. The whole procedure was disjointed, poorly explained and not terribly efficient.

The flight itself was fine, but due to a snow delay my connection to Lisbon was delayed by six hours. Despite this, Swiss Air still managed to lose my luggage. Not acceptable. Someone else on the flight also lost their luggage.

Flight from Warsaw to Zurich was just OK but the food selection for purchase was very limited. They were out of sandwiches from the very beginning

Food abd wine was good and for the price this was a true bargain, relative to other transatlantic options. But it is still significantly behind my experiences with Air France long haul in both hard and soft product. But for the price air Canada to Europe from Vancouver is currently the best value of quality for the dollar cost.

I liked the fact that we arrived on time. What I did not like, I paid for a seat. Unfortunately a very large women sat beside me (required a belt extension). Her body spilled to my side. Not her fault but I had to lean to the left because her body was literally on my side of the seat. This caused a back ache. I was unable to sit straight the entire flight. There should be some form allowance (wider seat) for morbidly obese passengers. These seats are not designed for extremely obese people. I feel compassionate towards these obese passengers but I got off the plane with a substantial lower back ache. I myself have a degenerative disk disease and this did not help me

Air Canada doesn't have the jl most comfortable seats. It wasn't bad it just want what you expect for business class and there are adjusters for that but, they weren't that great.

Never flown with Air Canada before, but it's now a top choice! Loved it!

Horrible crew, horrible seats configuration, ridiculous space in the toilets, Air Canada is no longer a option.

Disappointing experience with the cabin crews on this Air Canada flight. Some crew members came across as quite rude, and one bumped into my arm without even acknowledging it or apologising. A little courtesy and kindness would have gone a long way. Air turbulence is understandable. Human turbulence from the crew, less so.

Crew at gate and onboard were just very OK, not very friendly and honestly seemed bothered to be there. I will give a shout out to still selling headphones for those who forgot.

Flight Boarded and departed on time. The Flight crew was very friendly and accommodating. The aircraft was clean and free from clutter and debris. I will be happy to recommend Air Canada to my friends and relatives for their flight needs. They were very attentive and responsive to our needs as Senior citizens.

We upgraded to business class. First time on Air Canada business class and they ran out of the better prawn dinner and we got chicken. Beds not as good as on Quantas

Everything. The crew was so friendly, helpful & smiled. We had an excellent flight getting in earlier.

Cramped seating but standard in all smaller aircrafts today no matter what airlines. Crew very helpful, friendly & attentive so makes up for that.

Club Europe is always lovely. I really enjoy everything about it. One thing that has changed in recent years though, is the swap to Prosecco from Champagne in the lounges. This is really disappointing. I really don’t like Prosecco, and always looked forward to a lovely glass of champagne in the lounge. Is it possible to change back? It does make the whole experience a little more of a luxury experience.

I really liked it when the First Officer mentioned that we could see Paris out of the window on the left.

Late. And service was very slow - passengers sat for well over an hour with dirty trays etc surrounding them

Need thicker and wider blankets. Food was below standard especially in the fist leg.

Besides having a LONG layover in Philadelphia to begin with, our flight was delayed and left late. We spent 7 hours in the Philadelphia airport after being in the air 7 hours from Portugal to Philly. It turned into a 24 hour day of travel which was exhausting. I know you can't help weather but our layover was difficult as my husband is handicapped. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful with his wheelchair tho!!

Decrepit planes, poor business class layout designed to maximize revenue, no decent movie selection.

Flying on the Boeing 787 from Seattle to London was everything that I expected. Every thing was great.

Both flights Heathrow and to SFO were delayed significantly. Walking up outside steps to aircraft with suitcase was a challenge and I am a healthy 63 year old!

Why don't they board from the back of the plane to the front. We have to move by all the people and their luggage to get to the seats.

Absolutely the worst food I ever had on any flight. Half of passengers simply didn't eat their meals, as I noticed.

Food could be better. Service was just ok without any enthusiasm...

The breakfast snack was horrible. No nutrition value. I couldn't finish it. The main meal had no taste, no real vegetable, the brownie had no chocolate taste., I was not even sure what the salad consists off.

Breakfast was terrible. Sugary yogurt, inferior pastry, poor quality fruits. No protein.

Our connection in Frankfurt was the worst ever. No one from the airline or the airport seemed to be bothered to get us into our connecting flight on time! The procedures at the airport took us forever and we barely made it into our flight. If we had missed it, I’m sure we would’ve missed our cruise. Looks like everything is on autopilot and no one is interested in helping customers anymore especially us 69 year olds

Crew was very responsive to give soft drinks etc.. At Frankfurt Airport Special Assistance did a great job for us. The seat cushions were simply bad and not up to the mark for Premium Economy which we chose. All the cushions from Business to Economy were poor. Also, any snack besides lunch and breakfast, you have to purchase including chips and chocolate. It is simply cheap. I don't think I will fly Condor anytime soon

The short leg flight was fine. Crew and airport were nice to allow special assistance which helped.

Planes are new and clean and staff is attentive. Food wasn't great and chair cushions were very uncomfortable for long haul flights.

The boarding process is a nightmare. They put you on a bus for 30 minutes with no air flow. The process was extremely slow and we were behind schedule so they auto rebooked us on a flight for our layover. The new flight was 4 hours later in the day, we landed an hour and 45 minutes before our layover flight so this was completely unnecessary. When I called to get us back on the original flight the support staff was useless

It’s a budget-friendly airline, so expect smaller meal and snack portions and no free alcohol to drink on international flights. Airline food is never exciting in economy class, so I always plan on taking my own food and snacks- and I don’t consume alcohol, so no complaints from me! Flight attendants were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The airplane was newer with USB a+c charging ports, massive infotainment screens, and a lot of entertainment media to choose from. The airplane seats are less padded than other airlines I’ve been to, but the benefit is that there was more legroom because of the thinner seat profiles. Honestly, more legroom gave me more comfort than having more padding on a seat (which just gets flattened over time and repeated use) Overall, I really liked my Condor experiences (4 different planes) from LAX-Frankfurt-Barcelona and back. I would not hesitate to fly with them in the future, if the prices are lower than other companies
