They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. I was the first person in line for stand by, but the flight was full so I knew it was a long shot. Waiting at the gate, I was excited because one person didn't show and they were giving him a two minute wait time before I could board. During this wait time a woman passenger came over and said she had just been given a ticket change at the gate counter. The agent at the gate was furious because the flight was sold out and said the woman should not have received a ticket, but should have been placed on stand by. She went over and scolded the other agent for this mistake. Okay, so she should've been placed on STAND BY behind me in line. After the unprofessional arguing between the two agents, they both admitted it was a mistake and she should be second in line for stand by, BUT they did not honor this and placed her on the plane bumping me. Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight because of this and extremely inconvenienced my family and in addition had to pay an extra 75 dollars out of my pocket to keep my dogs at their kennel an extra night because I arrived home 5 hours after expected. I understand that flights end up getting delayed and the agents are doing the best they can to accommodate travelers, but admitting a mistake and not fixing it to make it right is unacceptable. I notified American Airlines of my situation and only received a form letter with enough miles to get me 1/8 of a flight. I don't even care about the miles because I don't plan to ever fly with them again, I want the money for the dog kennel I had to pay extra. I was visiting my husband who serves in the US Army causing separation from our family for long periods of time and this extra headache and expense due to the mistake of American Airlines was disheartening."

What was a shock was that water was dripping from the top side track onto his lap and he had to use the provided brochures to redirect the dripping water. The steward said it was condensation and that was it. Also, since it was next to bathroom, the smell wasn't great and the small child screaming while waiting to get into the bathroom wasn't pleasant."

After standing in line at the United counter for 2 hours, we were told to go to our gate to re-board our plane. we wasted all that time standing and all but 2 agents had left the counter to take a break. it was EXTREMELY STRESSFUL not knowing what would happen to our missed connections. when we reboarded WE still did not have connecting flights.Also, on the United flight to Frankfurt, I had a premium economy seat and it was HORRIFIC. the extra leg room did NOT make the seat more comfortable and I SUFFERED greatly because I am recovering from an injury. Upon arrival in Frankfurt, after a great deal of begging, I got a hotel room for the night and upgrad to economy premium for the flight from Frankfurt to Addis. that Lufthana flight was better because my seat reclined somewhat but still I had a great deal of pain throughout the flight and I would have preferred to have been upgraded to business so that I could lay flat to ease my physical pain. Overall, the experience was extremely STRESSFUL and painful and the only way, I feel that Lufthana can repair this situation is to give me a free upgrade to business on my flight home.to Miami"

My entire day got wasted waiting for this baggage to reach me. Poor communication made me wait and watch the door every hour. I tried to reach and get some information on when that baggage would reach me but no body knows."

To save another dime, they installed some super cheap 6 inch x 3 inch mini ledges that they call tables. I'll NEVER fly with Frontier again. They also refused to let me check in early so I had to sit and wait for hours since they refused to give me a boarding pass until I came all the way back to ticketing exactly and only exactly at 2 hours before boarding. Worst flight. A total shame since the crew was incredibly nice."

Cons: "Charges for both carry-on and check in bag. Charges increase by when and where you check your bags. Carry-on bag more of a charge. No one at check in counter when arrived. Waited 1/2 before anyone arrived, and this was during the late afternoon. Frontier ticket appears cheap until I added my luggage and picked my seat...adding an additional $80 to price. Then to find out the person next to me only paid $70 for the same ticket. My ticket at least 4 times more."

Cons: "On Frontier, you get what you pay for, bare bones transportation from point A to point B. Seat positions were fixed, and Frontier have clearly put a great deal of effort into cramming as many people as possible into the aircraft. Food and drink, any did and drink, were available only for purchase. There 's no entertainment, even for purchase."

Seat in front of us, seat behind us; the 1yo in front screamed the entire flight, the 1yo behind us screamed half the flight and kicked the seat the other half. If an airline makes you pay for a seat, they sure probably ensure some sort of quality. Rolling the dice with the automated seat assignment would have been better."

Pros: "Despite a slight weather delay, the trip was excellent. Staff, crew both helpful and efficient. Got plane loaded quickly and made sure we knew status of delay. Would recommend Frontier to friends in future."

Cons: "The flight was delayed due to "mechanical issues" no information was given to us about estimated wait times by the airport staff, yet when I called customer service they gave me correct information on wait time. There is a very bad issue with communication among frontier gate agents, engineering, and phone customer support. Please work on this more in the future. A majority of the people I flew with say they will never fly with frontier again. I would be interested in helping change your customer care methods to retain customers in the future"

Like couldnt the ticket price say 'the ticket will be between 140 and 200 dollars depending on baggage and seat choice'"

Cons: "The turbulence was pretty awful, which I know isn't always the pilot's fault, but there wasn't any explanation for it. The landing was actually one of the scariest landings I have ever experienced and it would have been nice to hear why this was happening."

Cons: "Delay announced of 2 1/2 hours, but posted at gate a delay of 2 hours. Passengers rushed on to plane at 9a, a 1 hour delay, then sat on plane until 10a. Plane taxied toward runway for takeoff, then recalled to gate to pick up a crew member. So, a 2 1/2 hour delay occurred anyway. A total clown show!"

Tries to make you pay for any bag you take on board...really quite weak. -The "skybar" which sounds cool, charges you for everything, yeah I'll pass on the 5 dollar drink of water, thanks. -Sorry my foot was in the aisle, I guess I should have paid another 50 dollars for foot space so it wouldn't inconvenience the flight attendant. -I'm 35 years old and can say flying used to be fun, like I am in my late 80s, thanks Frontier!"

Cons: "They get you with the seemingly low fares but make up for it with obscene charges for everything from water to even a simple carry on. Then they make sure to squish as many people as possible in as they can with the thinnest, cheapest, least comfortable seats money can buy. I will only ever fly frontier again if it's my only option."
