I had to leave the terminal and pass through security again. United did not let me reserve my seat on Air Canada. They did not even tell me where my connecting flight could be found.

We had a four hour delay. Absolutely no reason given. Even the the guys at the counter admitted they didn't know why the plane was delayed. And best yet, neither did the pilot. Customer service was great at the airport. But the airline itself was pathetic.

Had to stand on bridge in crazy cold weather to pick up plane side check in. Just unfortunate

Flight cancelled, Went to customer service at Dulles, 2 people working, 5 standing around chatting. After 30 minutes, with the line not moving decided to leave and take Amtrak. Then, United sent me back to customer service to get a release to get me checked bag, I gave up and took a cab to Union Station. Through it all, United's customer service was horrible. My flight we canceled to LGA due to "weather". Every other airline had flights going to New York on schedule. To me, the reason was unbelievable. I was moved to a flight 12 hours later, at 540am. Not only was my flight time changed but I was now flying into a completely different airport. I had to stay in a hotel and pay $70 because United doesn't pay for a hotel if the cancellation is due to weather. I am outraged by this sudden change in plans. I will never fly United again and I will spread the word to everyone I know.
