Cons: "1) While there is more room in the front, there is less room in the width because the trays are built into the armrests instead of in the seat in the front. Because of that, the armrests take more space below and remain static, while the normal armrests can be lifted up and have nothing below the armrest. 2) The text describing the "deal" for the exit row, which costs more, said that the seats have limited recline compared to normal seats. The fact is that the window seat did not recline at all. The button stayed pushed in all the way and the seat would not move at all. We do not know whether it was broken or intentionally disabled. 3) The attendant's approach was somewhat dismissive at first, but on the good side, she quickly rectified and came through with offers and a more understanding attitude, she was nice. 4) We brought this up to the flight attendants' attention, but the best they could do was to give us 1 free headset and any food we wanted. This was not much since we did not want the food. A refund for that extra payment for that seat would have been a better move. 5) The middle seat (it's a row of 3), has a metal box hanging from the front seat, taking a bit more than half the width of the space, so you can only put your feet under the right side of the front seat. 6) I don't think we'll do exit rows again on Icelandair. We did it before on other airlines with good results. 7) Not sure how the prices compare per mile with other airlines really, but on Icelandair, if you get the "Economy Standard", you really don't get much, no peanuts or snacks, no food, only soft drinks, no video games, only movies and music, and you have to bring your own headset or buy one, along with that the better classes of service run out quickly (I booked maybe 6 months ahead) and are rather spendy in comparison with standard."

Cons: "The flight had two legs and both were delayed. The first, granted, was out of Icelandair control because the president was flying into SeaTac. However there were a lot of delays in Reykjavik. First it took a long time for the bus to reach the waiting area where there were no seats for people to sit. Then the flight itself was delayed because they were waiting for another plane with connecting passengers from New York. There was a lot of sitting on the tarmac and we were delayed getting to our final destination. This is also the first transatlantic flight I have taken with any Airline where there was not at least one complimentary meal on board. Apparently they are reserving that now only for economy Comfort class and up."

Cons: "We boarded the airline and actually got airborne for about 15 minutes before we were told by the captain that there were "technical problems" and would be force to return to (KEF) the original airport. Once there, we were told that we needed to exit and board another aircraft, which would depart in about 2 hours (all told the delay was around 3 hours total). In the meantime, the airline gave us food vouchers for the food court to compensate for our inconvenience. The only problem was, we weren't hungry, that wasn't what worried us... what worried us was that our Airfrance connecting flight to Florence, at the following airport (CDG Paris), departed about 15 minutes before our ( new) arrival time. We told this problem to icelandair staff at Reykjavik airport, there was no attempt by them to help alleviate our problem, they merely told us that we would have to talk to Airfrance about this problem as our Airfrance ticket wasn't booked on the same itinerary, and so it appeared that we were on our own. We passed the two hour layover relentlessly attempting to contact Airfrance to inform them of our status, hoping we could get re-booked on a later flight.... And so we arrived in Paris late, as expected, and learned that, not only did we miss our departing flight to Florence, without refund or a new flight booked, but we also forfeited our RETURN flight to Paris, not set to depart for THREE WEEKS. Stuck in Paris without a flight, now 16 hours after our journey began, extremely tired, angry, confused...we then had to book another round trip ticket from Paris, costing us an additional $900 USD! Although my anger and sense of injustice is largely aimed at Airfrance (because they still cancelled our return flight even though we contacted them numerous times to inform them of our dilemma), it would have been reasonable for icelandair to have worked with us and perhaps put us on a different flight, perhaps to Rome?, instead of dismissing us so thoughtlessly, because, after all, it was the icelandair flight that was delayed 3 hours and caused the problem in the first place. Right?"

The airline staff helped me store these items in a closet without hesitation; and even checked back in with me upon landing to ensure that I wouldn't forget them while exiting the aircraft."

I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific african destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. Never again they will see me."

Had similar situations in all my recent TAP flights. Cannot believe is a system problem! Looks like more a TAP policy to short-change (long time, in my case) customers."

Cons: "The plane was making the strangest noises!! Something with the landing gear perhaps? Very high pitched noise. Also, the boarding was horrendous. No warning of the fact that we would have such a long trek to the airplane and in the rain, no less. However, I was grateful that we ended up taking a larger plane to accommodate all of the luggage. But then the stewardess had to spray something in the air around the bins, I found that to be very strange."
Cons: "No vegetarian meals, unless you request it 48 hours in advance. Seats are incredibly uncomfortable and the planes are old. Compared to the entertainment services provided on other aircrafts for other aircraft providers, the experience is abysmal. Bathroom was also not well attended."
Pros: "Lisbon is a great location to have a long layover, any time of the year!"
Cons: "The customs line for non-EU passengers at the Lisbon airport was absurd..."
Pros: "I know the flight between Lisbon and Amsterdam is only 3 hours, but it could have been better. First, boarding was a mess because no one could hear announcements being made. Once on the plane, things only got worse. I'm a small person- only 5'4" and even I had no leg room! This was made worse when the seat in front reclined- very claustrophobic. There were also zero entertainment options."
Cons: "It was nice that they served light snacks even though it was a short flight."
Cons: "Selfish and greedy people overbooking flights For their own gain. Completely screwed up all of our connections and plans on vacation. Front gate took no accountability."
