How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"

Cons: "When I checked in online, I received boarding passes for the first two legs of the trip, but was told to see a gate agent in Amsterdam for the boarding pass for that flight. It turns out that there was a problem, attributed by one of the KLM staff that I talked with to "a communication problem between Delta and KLM." As a result, I was finally given a stand-by boarding pass. Since the flight was full, I was denied boarding. After hours of trying to figure this out, the KLM staff put me on a flight for the next day and organized a stay at an airport hotel. The KLM staff were very nice, but it seemed to take a very long time to figure this out. They also failed to note that the denial of boarding in the records, which caused a problem in my return flight. The upshot: I missed a follow-on flight to Budapest and had to pay a huge rebooking fee for that missed flight. I also missed a day of my vacation."

Delta sold me a 1st class flight because of their delays and overbooking their flights. This was because they could not fulfill the ticket I had. This was Delta's solution to their problem caused by them. I still have no idea why the flights were delayed. On top of all this, I overheard a walk-on pilot ask if there was room for him to catch a lift home. The flight attendant responded with "absolutely this flight is not full at all, you can sit right here". Wait I had to pay 200 bucks extra for an overbooked flight and you are having your Delta representatives say different. This was my first and last trip with Delta. I spent 1000 dollars for round trip ticket from Seattle to Spokane WA. No way is that OK or acceptable under any circumstances to treat your customers like this. The best part about all of this is, I have sent feedback and called customer service to talk to a manager to hear the blame put on back on me. Perception is reality Delta. Awful service, awful prices, awful care, awful communication, and awful value for the money."

The crew was not very helpful because I almost went into a hypothermia condition because the air in the cabin was extremely cold. When I ask for a blanket one of the stewardesses said that AA would no longer have blankets in flight which I prove it wrong when I saw in the flight Mai-SDQ blanquets all over the cabin. The soliton they gave me was that they would ask the crew to raise the temp in the cabin, I had to make the request three times and I had to tell the stewardess that if not raising the temperature in the cabin I could have gone into an emergency hypothermia crisis. I had to take another shirt from my carry-on to put it over my shirt to warm me up."

Cons: "The boarding process for just about any airline is nearly identical. It always seems like it takes longer to board than expected even if, in reality, it's not an unreasonable amount of time. The only think I didn't care for was that overhead storage in the area I was sitting was just about full by the time I was seated which meant that I had to store my carry on a few rows behind where I sat. This meant that during off-boarding I needed to go against the flow of people to get back to my carry on. All in all, it was a minor inconvenience."

Cons: "I was told I would be able to choose the seats only 24 hours before the flight by going online. I tried to choose the seats online but could not have access to the site. I then called the number provided to ask for more help, and was told that I could then only choose the seats at the check in time. I was at the airport 2 hours before the flight schedule to book my seat and was told them that I could only choose the seats at the gate. Once I got at the gate I asked the person to please give me a seat at the aisle for medical reasons but after waiting until the boarding process had started I was giving a middle seat. Not only I was treated as a stand by passenger that had not purchased the tickets I was put nt on group 8 and at the moment of boarding the gate personal aggressively grabbed my carry-on bag because they insisted there was no more spaces in the compartment above heads. Once I got inside of airplane I saw many empty compartments available for carry-on luggage. I wish I had not purchased my ticket with Iberia Airlines operated by American Airlines. It was not a good, pleasant experience and do not recommend. I wil certainly avoid in the future and not travel this way another time. Thanks"

Others on this flight and on my later Iberia flight were cursing AA loudly so I don't think my issue is an anomaly, but is more likely AA's new standard of conduct."

Also, entertainment: they had a movie on the pop-down screens, and 4 free movies to stream to your device using onboard wifi, as well as 2 tv shows. So maybe I'm being harsh. But it was a transcontinental flight and they didn't have headrest screens loaded with movies. Is this only for international flights? The movies were bad, or at least not appealing to me ('Keanu' and 'Zoolander 2'). It was possible to pay for additional movies, but who wants to do that? It was sort of the EasyJet model, where you get good basic service but pay for everything additional that one gets for free on Delta. Maybe that was reflected in the price I paid for the ticket, but I was expecting that AA would be in the same league as United and Delta. One nice perk: free wifi for T-Mobile customers, including me."

From the plane to gather my luggage and then to the place where my ride could pick me up. Awesome service. The stewards were also very helpful to keep me supplied with ice for my dogs. They get very stressed and tend to overheat. Thanks to a couple of the staff, especially, my dogs stayed very comfortable as well. Other then the fact that they got too warm a couple of times. Will definitely keep American in mind for another flight."

Then you stand in a Disney style HUGE line just to get to the escalator to take you to the second floor so you can go through security. Thank goodness for TSA precheck! That line was long but not very long like the other line."

Pros: "My kids and I had great experiences with Allegiant Air, thanks in large part to some excellent flight attendants. This was the first flight for both of my children (5, 7) and they had a blast. On our initial flight from Indianapolis to Ft. Lauderdale the attendants even gave each of them their own set of pin-on wings since it was their first time. The kids loved this!"
Pros: "I chose this flight knowing it was gonna be a little cramped and no snacks. But I loved the price, so I booked it. The unexpected bonus was the crew. They were down to earth and funny."

The lady behind the counter said I could not check my luggage that the only way for it to get on the plane was to take it through the TSA checkpoint. They confiscated everything in my bag that was over 3oz which was quite a bit of stuff hence the reason why I was trying to check it in. I will not be flying Allegiant air again."
Pros: "The original price points for the direct flights are wonderful. You can actually book the week of a trip and save hundreds because those prices will probably still be the best. That is, until you learn about all of their extra fees."
Cons: "Wow, they sure do add extra fees for everything. Watch out. In the end, I bet it was cheaper to book with a major airline like American. They charge extra for each bag, including your carry- on, when you pick your seat you are charged depending on where it is in the aircraft, if you want a drink or food on the plane you will have to pay, if you do not print your ticket prior to arriving to the aiport they will charge you, etc."

I'm not sure if this flight was now worth the original case posted."

Cons: "I didn't take too kindly to the Service Agents on the ground. The Service Agent in San Antonio wasn't very accommodating or supportive to my needs. I had a problem that needed resolved and instead of diligently helping me, she would turn to another customer, totally ignore my concerns and speak Spanish with this other woman. When I was at the counter first, not the other woman. The Service Agent in Orland on my way back was rude as well. She gave my Mom and I attitude about my luggage being overweight. Told us to pay the $50 or figure it out. We had expressed already paying the $18 to check the luggage to begin with and wanted to see if that amount could be included in the $50. The Service Agent scoffed at us and turned up her nose. Great air service, horrible ground service."

She showed up, then they made a announcement that the Oakland flight will be delayed till 8:10 takeoff. I was able to get on a flight to Stockton Airport without problem. They wouldnt tell me what was wrong, and i didnt want to chance that it was the last dlight to Oakland and went with Stockton. The flight was good, you have to pay for your water."

Turns out the front row puts their carry-on under their seat and the second row gets screwed. All my extra leg room was lost with my bag taking up the space because it could not fit under the seat. They didn’t even ensure that everyone wore seatbelts on landing - woman next to me was stretched out hugging her companion while landing wilth unbuckled seatbelt. Then it takes two plus hours to get the plane here unload and refuel and rest. So I missed my connecting flight to Redding. Which meant I had to fly to Sacramento. Then I had a pleasant 3 hour drive on I-5 (can you sense my sarcasm?!) didn’t reach my destination until 5 in the FREAKING morning. Around 8 HOURS LATE TO MY DESTINATION"

Cons: "I was late to my original flight and the United personal that I talked to at the gate was very rude. I asked if the plane was still boarding and all she said was go to customer service. I know I gave her a questioning look because this did not answer my original question. She repeated her statement again this time pointing. I would have preferred that she tell me that the flight had finished boarding but customer service could help me get on another flight. I feel that would have been more professional. My new flight was also an hour late"

Pros: "I love that you can fly direct to Pasco now. For years, one had to fly to Seattle and catch a puddle jumper. You're only in the air for about an hour and a half and Pasco has been slowly upgrading their airport. I love how easy it is to visit my family in the Tri-city area now."
Cons: "Purchased tickets 4 months before this flight for a departure time of 6:05pm. Tried to check in and check baggage at 9:30am but was turned away saying I could only check in 3 hrs prior to my flight. Came back at 3:00pm to check-in and they could not find my information. An hour later they find out that they cancelled the flight and moved my departure time to 8:25am for that day. They say they emailed 3 times in May but I never got it (I'm a bit crazy about my email staying clean) so they say it might have went in to my spam folder due to they types of emails they send to customers. They only kept repeating that they notified me so there is nothing they could do. I ended up going to Air Canada to get a flight from PHX to RNO the next day. No apology, no help, no hotel for the night...Terrible experience by United. They gave me a customer relations group contact information to follow up with for complaint but since they sent me the 3 emails in May about the change, they have no liability to fix the situation."
Pros: "Smooth. No problems. Happy we didn't have to get suitcases through customs because you could handle in Canada. Happy gate was near where we got off."
Cons: "The flight was overbooked and asked for several volunteers to take later flights for travel credit. Ended up forcing those unlucky souls in the last boarding group off flight with no offer of credit or accommodation. Waited in customer service line for hours, literally longer than it would have taken to take off and arrive at my scheduled destination. United representatives could not find a flight that guaranteed a seat (not on a long standby list) that was even in the same 12 hour period. I spoke with a United supervisor who showed zero empathy or concern with the situation. In the end I arranged for other travel accommodations to drive to my family reunion destination. No refund was issued or offered. I was informed I would have to call United customer service after the date of my previously scheduled return flight to explain my situation. I will personally never fly United again and would recommend the same to anyone. Although for the record, I did receive a single ten dollar airport food voucher for my inconvenience. Inexcusable."

Saw another flight attendant nearly get in a fight with another passenger because she couldn't communicate and wasn't on board with whatever the other flight attendants had told her to do. Probably time to discuss stress management or have some of these people take a break to decompress because it's stressful being trapped with a bunch of jerks who are supposed to be helpful"

To catch the next flight. But I understand that things happens. All of the personnel was really help full. No complains about that. I will do it again. I hop to have better luck whit my intineray"
