Then we ran to the gate inky to find the gate was closed less than 2 minutes before we arrived. At least 20 others also missed the plane because of the lack of crew and long lines checking bags. Then on of my checked luggage was lost enroute - which made getting off the flights even later which made me miss a meeting that I was scheduled to be at. All because you didn't have the crew needed to check in."

Also on my AA portion of my flight coming into The U S in New York the flight was cancelled and I was told the next flight Available was next day (18hr delay) at the other NY airport. I had to have someone drive from D.C. (My destination) to pick me up"

The flight attendant just says "he can't sit in the isle". I asked her where would you like him to go? She says "not in the isle". A 2nd attendant was able to move me to a front row where there was space for him to sit on the floor in front of me."

We were on the plane for one hour before they moved us to another gate . They backed us up and disconnected us and didn't realize they have to pull us back to the front gate so we have to wait again for them to come back hook us up and pull us to the gate . I believe it is very selfish on United part. because passengers were not on a time clock everybody else was it was very uncomfortable nothing to drink needed to use the bathroom it was held very unprofessional I would appreciate have my flight money back or A free flight to try to earn your trust again ✈️"

I understand that there was inclimate weather, however, it is the duty of an airline to notify travelers of their flights status. When approaching the front desk about the flight, a desk person had the nerve to ask me if I realized that it snowed. He is quite lucky that I didn't file a complaint. I have no words to describe my disgust for his poorly timed sarcasm, especially because this flight was en route to a family emergency."

I’ve never had a bag lost before or ever had the pay for water in flight. Went to the frontier counter multiple times looking for assistance and not a single agent to be found. Absolutely never flying with this horrible airline ever again."

I explained that it was approved at Memphis and that if it was oversized it would cost forty dollars. Why is it higher in Denver-reply was-the closer you get to the plane the more it cost!! After a few questions another person said she would let me pay forty or it would go below. I explained that I had my computer in my bag and didn't want something to happen to it. I decided to pay the forty dollars(that I should not have to pay) I ask if I would get a receipt-she replied yes. After she ran my credit card, she said it would not print out. I asked if she charged forty dollars. She said yes--but I want know until I get my statement if she charged sixty or forty. I guess by now that I did not have good service in Denver. Customer service is awful. One more thing--While loading the plane a woman was carrying on a guitar(which was a lot bigger tan my bag) I asked if she had to pay to bring it on. She replied no!"

Pros: "If you have a carry on bag you get to board first. Both our flights boarded in a timely fashion and arrived at the destination before predicted time."
Cons: "You have to pay for a lot of things like a carry on bag. If you want to sit near the people you travelled with you need to purchase your seat."

Pros: "Actually my son was flying in to see me. His first flight alone and the staff at the check in desk in Nashville had him through very quickly and easily. When he landed in Denver everything went very smoothly despite flight delays and the data update going on. Thank you all at Frontier for quality service from beginning to end!"

I had to purchase this ticket due to a death in my family and it was the least expensive, but if I had a choice it would have been with Southwest Airlines. At least they still make you feel human."
