food is expensive and the drinks are robbery
I don't understand why they have to charge for water, coffee or tea. These are basic beverages.
There were 3 travelers in our family and we were not seated together. I assumed the flight was full but to our surprise there were empty seats that would allow us to be together. Serving of meals and drinks were slow although the food was better this time compared to our Chicago to Dublin trip. Movie selections were poor.
I had a good flight. No complaints.
Free-for-all boarding was less than ideal. Boarding by seat rows as on Boston to Dublin flight would have been better.
There was a problem in the pilot flying from London to Riyadh and did not go to us tomorrow, I do not know is the reason you (KAYAK) or they are this problem is very large and I am not satisfied with this service
The plane was new. The crew was awesome and the flight short.
The Plane Was Old, And And Crew Were Not Very Friendly. Seats Also Were Not Comfortable. Feel Like When Servicing From Accra To London, Or Vice-Versa, British Airways Aren't Heavily Interested In Servicing Their Ghanaian Customers.
Flight left almost on time and arrived on time. Crew was friendly.
Wasn't able to select a seat ahead of time like with other airlines. Seat rows way too tight (even for a normal 130 lb person like me). No good movie options, very limited selection. Food pretty bad, but that's almost expected this day and age.
It felt like there was more leg room than on the US airplanes.
I thought the food was just okay.
