The flight was late, almost missed my connecting flight. There was no communication from the crew and when I asked the flight attendant I received no assistance. Terrible flight!!!!
Flight maintenance was on so that flight didn’t go able to fly out to Seattle and Inhad to get another flight,,
The agent changed my seat and upgraded me free. The flights are ALWAYS delayed. We sat there almost an hour while the plane was held for 4 passengers. I was then unable to make my connecting flight. This is why I dont fly alaska unless there are no more flights with delta
I had to cancel my trip due to health reasons three days after making the reservation. I was stunned to find out that the ticket was not able to be credited for future travel. $734 loss. Not happy that this was not my experience with Southwest Airlines. I will stick with SW in the future. Boo Alaskan Air and Kayak.
On time departure and early arrival giving more than ample time for connecting flight.
My flight from Spokane to Seattle was delayed about 26 minutes. I arrived at Seattle Airport at 3:21. My flight to Idaho Falls left at 3:35 and you all wouldn't wait for me. I ran for the gate and It would have cost you probably 10 min to wait. Now, I'm stuck at the Seattle airport for 5 hours. I would understand if waiting put you 30 min behind or an hour but I checked into that flight, you knew I was coming, and that my flight was delayed.
the planes were beautiful!! crew was outstanding...flight on time and baggage was quick... can't think of ANYTHING that could have been better. thanks for a great trip!!
Everything went well with all aspects of the flight. Honestly, if fares continue to compete with SW (which I always used to fly) I will fly Alaska if I can.

Talk about boarding with ALOHA. The attendants at the counter and the flight crew were so cheerful and happy, it was good to go home with that little bit of friendly aloha I seem to not get on other flights. I have not flown Hawaiian Airlines for quite some time, but this was better than most of my flights back to the islands. I loved the comfortable seats, the updated videos that were so culturally integrated with necessary information. For example, how many times do you have to watch a flight attendant give the same ol spiel on how to use your seat buckle. Instead their modern video of actual flight attendants on a beach talking about how you should you operate your buckle. Or how about the kane dancing hula in the loi'i patches and talking about where the exits are on the plane. It was fantastic and entertaining. I also liked the fact that I was offered a breakfast sandwich that was quite tasty. Nowadays you have to spend $10 on anything inflight and it just gets so ridiculous with prices it was nice not to have to pay for a snack. I also liked the fact that for a nice sugar rush, Honolulu Cookie Company cookies were given. How is that for advertising? Love, love, and loved it even more. As a local I sure felt the spirit of Aloha on this trip coming home and I would never say no to flying Hawaiian Airlines again.
