Pros: Crew was nice. Enjoyed watching one stewardess train another. Very smooth landing in Redding.

Cons: Flight delayed for about 20-30 minutes with personnel entering and exiting aircraft with no explanation for passengers after pilot had announced we would be leaving “on time.”

Pros: There was only one flight attendant but he was very friendly and worked very hard

Cons: The checkin process is awful if you fly basic economy. This is the second time I have flown basic economy on United and you have to wait in line for 20 minutes to get a boarding pass and then have someone inspect the size of your personal item. You cannot check in and get a boarding pass online.

Pros: Ronald our flight attendant made our first flight experience to Europe great. He was amazing.

Cons: I would not change anything.

Pros: On this flight was a female flight attendant who anticipated my every need. I wasn’t flying first class, but still, she went out of her way to treat me very well. Her personality and hospitality made my flight relaxing, made me feel loved and appreciated, and the flight felt like I was already home

Pros: Crew was amazing, they made sure we were comfortable and would ask if there was anything we needed.

Cons: Nothing we had the best flight staff one could ask for, very attentive. Would definitely fly with them again.

Cons: 5 hours delay. Most of that time we were on the runway. We even had to deplane and board again. We were given all kind of excuses till the pilot himself said that this is unheard off !!

Pros: The crew was so nice and funny!

Cons: The food could be better, but I understand ultimately what it is: mass produced. The pretzel bread is good. The chocolate chip cookie is great. The ice cream is great. The lemon and something cheesecake dessert was too lemony for me, but my mother would have loved it.

Cons: Plane had to divert from Salt-Lake City due to a storm. My son 17 years old traveling alone once in Salt-Lake City should have been given priority for an overnight stay instead of sleeping on an airport bench! Dinner + Breakfast vouchers would also have been nice compared to the 15$ food voucher...

Pros: Movie selection was excellent. Bombardier jet was a notch above what I expected.

Cons: We were over an hour delayed on the first flight. The seats were super uncomfortable for the overnight flight. They left open seats in the upgrade section on the second flight - why would you ever do that?!?

Cons: Try to keep the flights close to schedule and be honest about the delay.

Pros: We made it home safely and on time.

Cons: We were sat in the very last seats near bathroom which was noisy and uncomfortable. I actually paid an extra charge so we could be sat together. In flight entertainment didn’t work in my seat. One piece of our luggage was lost.

Cons: Long check-in lines in Denver - there were two sky caps outside who had no line which allowed me to reach my gate in time. Otherwise I may have missed my flight

Cons: Pilots showing up on time. The flight was delayed 3 hours not due to weather or mechanical issues. Then they boarded us on the plane, let us know it was delayed 1.5 hours, then back onto the plane at that time, then waited another 1.5 hours to leave. Unacceptable. I missed my work meeting from this.

Pros: The seat and entertainment were good!

Cons: The female flight attendant in business had a serious attitude problem! She made us feel that she was doing us a favor! My wife never received her coffee or her silverware. I had to ask the male flight attendant who was very courteous.

Pros: Very little to like with the airline or the flight

Cons: The crew was ok but missed picking up trash from several travelers near me so they had to keep their trash in hand or with the tray still down for landing! The seats were terribly uncomfortable. There were no amenities (power/wi-fi/entertainment), they ran out of food options.

Cons: Not having to change airlines. If the 1st flight hadn't come in 40 minutes early, I might have missed my connection.

Pros: New plane with great overhead bins and comfortable seats and pretty empty!

Cons: Flight got delayed by 2 hours without specifying the reason. Weather was fine. Happened 2 hours delayed. From DC to Boston too when I took flight on 12th. Will avoid AA flights in future

Cons: When my husband retrieved his luggage, it smelled terrible- like dog poop. We had to drive home with the windows down & throw away the baggage when we got home.

Cons: Caterer was late causing plane to be 45 min late taking off. All so first class could eat while we're had pretzels

Pros: 787 is a nice plane. I also like getting miles since I accumulate most miles with United. Not much else to boast about.

Cons: The outbound plane from Newark to Frankfurt was late by 1.5 hr because United could not figure out how to bring the plane (that was sitting in the middle of the airfield to the gate and then they realized that they need get catering supplies to feed the passengers and we were waiting for that too. The inbound flight from Frankfurt to Newark was late by 1.45 hours since they were fixing a computer problem on board. The flight was totally over air-conditioned and when I asked to bring an extra blanket for me the flight attendant started lecturing me that I was wearing shorts and a polo shirt (in the 86F heat at FRA and EWR it was ok!) and that she had no blankets. The second flight attendant who for some reason came 2 miins after the first one apologized for the attitude of his female colleague and immediately brought me an extra blanket.

Cons: Seating very tight. Difficult to get in and out, or to get your things from under the seat.

Pros: The crew made the best out of it and thankfully it’s an extremely short flight.

Cons: A 20 minute flight was delayed for 2.5 hrs. United did a terrible job with notifying passengers, just simply bumped out departure in 15 min increments. Original excuse was inbound delay, although plane was there for 6 hrs already. Passenger soiled himself in cabin and there was no ventilation.
