Cons: "Since this was the first leg of two, the person who checked us in did not check our bags to the final destination. Then, when we went to go to check in for our second leg, they wanted to charge for our baggage again. Not cool Delta."

Pros: "Staff were very good."
Cons: "We had an infant and in order to get a meal for the baby one of our paid seats did not get a meal. Very unsatisfactory for first class. The toddler meal provided was terrible. Stale bread, cheese on the sandwich was so bad the baby wouldn't eat it, and he eats almost everything. It was the first food I have seen him refuse to eat."
Pros: "Food was unexpectedly good."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for 40 minutes. We could hardly catch connecting flight"
Pros: "This was two hours of absolute freezing temperature"
Cons: "It was so cold it was actually unbeasable"
Pros: "No air conditioning. Sat at the terminal in 95+weather, many elderly on the plane in hot weather. Attendants said oh well well at least your not in the back of the plane. Also intercom was set to blaring with a high pitched squealing sound."
Pros: "I am a large person and was very happy to find that the seat belt fit easily and comfortably around me. That didn't happen with my next flight so thank you Delta. All crew members were very nice and pleasant. Amazing how pleasant they are after having to deal with so many people in a shift!!!"
Pros: "They did take care of the situation in a timely manner and switched my flight were I made it in my time line . Switched to American from Atl. to Houston"
Cons: "Was informed the flight delay due to equipment ,"
Pros: "See above..."
Cons: "See above"
Pros: "Jamaica security and boarding, despite a crowded airport and gate, was very quick. Appeared chaotic but was friendly and efficient. Boarding was orderly and efficient. Flight was smooth, seats luxurious (comfort+ aisle and window seats with an empty center!). Arrival into ATL half an hour early."
Cons: "Only one offer of beverage on 3 hr. flight. "Food" at dinner time was chips or crackers. Arriving 1/2 hour early we sat on tarmac for 50 minutes before reaching gate. 20+ minute walk to customs, 30 minute line."
Pros: "Entertainment options"
Cons: "Late pickup, then no gate at stopover causing is to miss our flight as we sat on the tarmac. Got on next flight, 5 hours later, the literal last row of the plane right in front of the bathroom, you know, those seats that don't recline? Travelling with a cranky two year old, made pains to select seats for maximum child comfort and it all flew out the window. Arrived at destination and sat, again, waiting for a gate. Signed up for sky miles previously based on good experiences, but this was one lane thing after another. Advice? Don't act like you're doing me a favor when asking people to check bags cause then it's "free"."
Cons: "If some takes up two seats , then they should buy two seats. Very simple"
Pros: "The two Flight Attendants were very attentive, personable, and funny, and interacted well with the passengers."
Cons: "Nothing, everything was good."
Pros: "Crew did a great job. Got us out a bit early which helped reduce anxiety of a close connection. Felt taken care of."
Cons: "Lack of leg room"
Pros: "The customer service was amazing! The amenities made the flight entertaining and enjoyable. The pilot key us informed."
Cons: "Middle seats are physically uncomfortable."
Pros: "Nice staff"
Cons: "Delayed 4 hours, but due to weather. Not the airline's fault. They got us here sooner than I thought we could arrive. Plane was tiny"
Cons: "Very dated plane. First class seat was worn, crooked, and uncomfortable. No entertainment offered. Almonds or biscuit cookies were the only food options."
Cons: "Some of the video I was watching on my personal screen was low quality. Difficult to hear and kept breaking up/freezing so I would miss important words. At one point I had to rewind it because I had missed something important. Captions were not available for the movie I was watching."
Pros: "Efficient and on time."
Cons: "I booked tickets well in advance but wasnt allowed to select seats at time of booking nor at 24 hour check in. This adds undue stress having to wait for an assignement at the gate."
Pros: "Laura, who checked us in was extraordinarily great."
Pros: "The food, comfort and service of Delta One class have continued to excel. Since this was a scheduled late departure and they still offered the full menu, I chose to have only the appetizer portion. This turned out to be a fine soup, salmon salad and multiple extras. This was perfect for an 11:00 PM dinner."
Pros: "Gate agents were nice, crew was ok"
Cons: "but we could tell they were not happy with something and it's hard to hide that in the way you speak to and treat your passengers."
Pros: "GRU to ATL to LEX - all was fine. The plane from GRU to ATL was one of the nicer jets I have ridden in. The ratings above reflect my overall trip of going to Sao Paulo and returning to Lexington, even though the first part had to be re-booked on United."
Cons: "LEX to ATL to GRU did NOT happen because the LEX flights were delayed to the point of missing the ATL connection. While Delta re-booked me on United, my flight arrived 3 hours later than scheduled (so transportation plans had to change), my bag did not successfully move from the Delta flight to the United flight (and was thus delayed in getting to GRU) AND once the bag was received, 4 shirts had been stolen. While a delay/theft claim has been filed with United, this could all have been avoided if the Delta flights had been on time."
Pros: "Excellent flight. Nice new aircraft."
Pros: "A woman who spoke no English or French was seated next to me last minute with a baby who cried the whole flight. The woman hit me several times, waking me up, while trying to get the baby to stop crying. Talk about a red eye"
Cons: "Would have appreciated a bit more help from the cabin crew"
Pros: "Decent choice of entertainment options."
Cons: "Crew was racist, grumpy and dismissive. Boarding on and off the plane was chaotic to say the least."
Pros: "The crew was quite pleasant."
Cons: "The boarding process is very confusing. There are so many different boarding priorities and programs, it is difficult to know where you are in the boarding process. Even if you have a ticket labeled as Group 1, you may still be one of the last boarded because of all the different programs that have priority over you. Would be better to limit the advance boarding to people who need extra help and a single program. This leads to the question, why are there so many different programs? Wouldn't it be easier to have a single loyalty program? If you don't qualify for advance boarding because you did not purchase a first class seat, or you haven't reached the advance boarding requirements, you don't qualify. Let's start thinking about the customer again, and less on the profit margin. How would one of your executives feel if they had a boarding Group 2 and 85% of the plane was already boarded by the time your group was called, thereby limiting the space for your correct size carry-on? One more thing that would be beneficial, enforce the size limit for carry-on luggage. I have been to airports that limit the size with a box on the x-ray machine so you can not even get an oversized piece of luggage through security. Just one idea for the industry."
