The gate agent who didn’t ask for my name tells me I was all the down at the bottom of the list. While I am glad that I got on I wish I knew what method is use to get your name on the stand by list?"

We asked Delta to book us on another flight to get us to Cabo today, Delta reps said nothing was available. Delta gave us a discounted coupon for a hotel in Atlanta and rebooked us on a flight to Cabo tomorrow."

I had work and responsabilities the next day. TThe scheduled trip was supposed to take off at 7:45. Boarding started late and was very slow. My bag fit the meassurements and still was forced to check it (which I did not want to do as I did not want to be waiting an hour for my bag at my arrival as I had work early the next day. In addition there was airplaine traffic as it was "rush hour" instead of flying at 7:45 we departed almost at 9pm!!!! Have to pay for food Quality of tv monitors very poor And in an uncomfortable position No movie options No wifi although stated the aircraft has Non functioning electrical plug"

Within 30 minutes we were booked on a Delta flight that got us to SLC through Denver 30 minutes earlier than planned. We enjoyed beverages and snacks on Delta that would not have been provided by Frontier. The clerk at the Frontier ticketing counter was most helpful. We were able to make it to SLC and a wonderful vacation with family. We also received a voucher for $200 each. We will try Frontier again."

Cons: "I had a two hours delay in Fort Lauderdale and I was with my 84 years old father. I'm thinking of not using Spirit again because it's been the third time that I use it and every time there's a delay."

It was a "low price" ticket, but in the end I had to pay $90 for luggage. I did not like the noises of the plane. The crew im times were talking so loud I could not take a nap."

Airline appears reasonably priced, but they charge high prices for any amenity usually included in the price. They didnt have curbside at airport, adding to the long lines inside. Elderly passenger had to walk with heavy bags before getting wheelchair. Not acceptable. Website almost imposible to navigate-kept kicking me out and phone service is inefficient . Clearly, everything is set up to make traveler spend the most for any necessary convenience once they arrive at airport. Will not travel with Spirit agIn."

Cons: "I tried to check in online and the first thing I had to do was pay for my carry-on. As soon as I did I had a response that I needed further assistance from a representative and that I had to contact them. When I did, the woman told me that everything was fine. I re-check and told her the message was still showing up. She told me to try on my computer instead because the message didn't appear for her. Oh and before I told someone my problem I was transferred to the operator a couple of times. Finally I pulled out my computer an as soon as I saw the message called back extremely upset and told her that she needed to check with my confirmation number and to please not transfer me to the operator. She confirmed the problem was an error in the billing address. Worst experience for such a small problem. Crew wasn't too happy on the flight, chairs don't recline, no entertainment or drinks. You get what you pay for."
