Pros: Flight crew was ok and boarding was really quick

Cons: Terminal 2 security at LAX is awful and inefficient Also plane had a malfunctioning switch and it took them 1.5 hrs to fix while we are on the plane. This was 1.5 hrs delay on a 58 minutes flight. :(

Cons: I upgraded to Premium+ and it did not feel like an upgrade from a comfortability standpoint.

Pros: Boarding so efficient we left early and arrived super early.

Cons: WiFi on plane dropped out a lot.

Pros: We were able to use a friend’s first class companion upgrade

Cons: First, it was a big ordeal to get seats together, traveling with 3 children. Seats did not recline. No movie screen, entertainment. Weren’t allowed a carryon, only under seat. Will not fly united again.

Pros: The crew was very friendly, the seats were uncomfortable and the air cabin was very cold.

Cons: The flight was delayed, cancelled then on again. Communication regarding the flight changes were very confusing and had guest running though the airport not knowing what to do. My suitcase was busted and destroyed.There were not enough blankets for everyone in the cold plane. Horrible experience.

Cons: They need to learn from asian airlines (specifically Thai Airways)

Pros: Seat uncomfortable. I am an elite flier and was put in an n uncomfortable middle seat with no choice.

Cons: I was told that 30 minutes is plenty of time to make a connection at DCA. However in order to make a connection there you need to take a bus across the tarmac. The bus sat on the tarmac loading up with way too many people for 10+ min… Almost missed our connection

Pros: No problem with boarding and flight crew. Seating was comfortable.

Cons: Checked in 1 hour 45 minutes early and our checked baggage did not leave with the plane. Lost baggage representative on the OKC airport was incompetent. Repeated contact information 3 times and still had to follow up delivery with corrected address and phone number.

Pros: The crew was awesome and they really made the flight so much better. I loved how short the flight was - just 58 minutes from Vancouver to Portland.

Cons: This is a turbo-prop commuter flight, so it's fairly noisy; also, there are no USB charge ports or entertainment system.

Cons: But this was like flying in an antique from the 20th century. No screens, AC not working well, tiny cabin. One of the bathrooms didn’t even have a sink.

Cons: Minor point. They boarded the plane very early. We got to the gate 1/2 hour before departure, and were almost the last ones to board.

Pros: United- I cannot believe that the computer assigned seats in the last row since we have been United/Continental frequent fliers for over 30 years. We will always choose Delta over United based on our experience on Saturday/Sunday.

Cons: For being a red-eye flight, it was very annoying to have some of the crew members in the back carrying on and laughing very very loudly.

Pros: Seats were comfortable

Cons: The food was literally inedible. The breakfast of mushroom omelette and sausage was so unsavory, I could see the line where the outter “eggy” shell covered the inside, decidedly less eggy and hidden section. I had to stop eating it after 3 bites. Very disappointed with food quality.

Cons: An officious crew who said they had a 'seat belt detector' to tell if people's seatbelts were fastened. A late flight... with lies about the reason for the delay.

Cons: Our flight was late, and we had a sick passenger and had to wait until they leave however many of us had connecting flights in which we missed. The flight attendant should have allowed the one's connecting a flight leave first.

Pros: The crew and staff were friendly. The flight was full so they checked our bag at no additional charge.

Cons: They had no earphones for the flight from Cancun.

Cons: The boarding was processed by one agent. He did a fine job but took too long to board. Needed to have 2 people managing boarding the plane

Cons: I’m still sitting in Minneapolis so I would have liked to be at my destination. And I had to pay for the overnight accommodations.

Cons: The seats are much tighter than Southwest and Virgin. My husband and I are taller (6' and 5'9" respectively) and our knees kept bumping the seats in front of us.

Pros: The flight attendant was amazing and tried to compensate for the other problems of the flight.

Cons: The air conditioner was broken so the entire flight was extremely hot. The plane was so small that the engine vibrated the seats the whole time. It was miserable to be on the flight.

Pros: The checking kiosk with luggage check-in, weight station and automated ticket printing for boarding pass and luggage tag. Security checkpoint was smooth and moving fast. All above have vastly reduced stagnant check-in line at the check-in counters.

Cons: Need more properly trained ground crew at baggage drop point (which is also the previously check-in counter) to ease the line and expedite the check-in. Also need more notification billboard along the long line to better inform the passagers what to expect at the security checkpoint.

Pros: The crew went out of their way to ensure the comfort of passengers.

Cons: Landing was very rough and flight crew kept bumping me with food cart during sleep

Pros: tCrew was good. On one side of airplane in main cabin, bathroom was twice size of normal airplane bathrooms. This was welcome.

Cons: Seats were reasonable.

Cons: Our section, Main 1 (towards tail end of plane) had strong smell of unine which thankfully dissipated once plane was in flight. Also, bathrooms even on boarding were not clean with urine all over the toilet.

Cons: I sat in a middle seat, sandwiched in between a passenger who had an aisle seat on my left and another passenger who had a window seat on my right. It would have been okay, but both were much larger than me and with the seat already a bit narrow, I felt like a sardine on this flight.

Pros: We paid for extra leg room but did not receive it. Our complaint to the staff was dismissed without a care. We will be taking our business to Alaska Airlines in the future.

Cons: Couldn’t use Alaska air WiFi system for entertainment. Was told couldn’t do anything Spent 5 plus hours with no access to entertainment. Wasn’t going to pay $3 for headphones Really ruined my flight a bit.

Cons: Paid an extra $200 to sit in the front only to have the back be let out first. Charge for entertainment and no WiFi until the last 20 min of the flight. False advertising.

Pros: Plugs for my phone. Nice crew. And 2 bags.
