When they finally called me there was no education to say even Hello, she only spoke to me to say I had to pay for one bag, and the overweight price, I tried to explain I purchased a different fare, but she didn’t care she just kept repeating the same. Ground crew was horrible and the complete procedure is horrible, I’ve never had such experience with JetBlue. To improve you should start putting kiosks, and mobile check-in URGENTLY please"

They loaded the plane with all the passengers then made up wait until they got mechanic clearance and paperwork approved to fly. Which took approx 1.hours late. Boarded plane at 9:30 left at 10:30. Cons: "What I didn’t like was how my flight got cancelled and the only flight I was able to get was 4 days later. So I was stuck in the Dominican Republic for a total of two weeks!! I had to miss another weekend at work which made me lose a lot of money since I’m a barber and lost some one my clientele. On top of my flight being cancelled it also got delayed again but only by 30 minutes so I wasn’t so upset. When it came to the boarding, that had to be the slowest boarding I’ve went through. The gate seemed very behind on the technology and that caused the workers to work even slower. At times they had to step away and go on their monitor to fix something out so it took an extra 30 minutes before I even got into my seat, and I was sitting in row 6 of the plane. Then after everyone was seated the flight got held back an extra half hour because a lady wanted to file a complaint saying that she got pushed and ended up being the only person that got kicked off the flight so she did it all for nothing. So with everything happening, our flight got delayed an hour and a half. Very disappointed.."

The chairs don't have outlets to charge your devices, and controls are embedded on arm rests so its uncomfortable. I also tried connecting to the Wifi and it didn't work. Flying used to be fun, but now it's a drag, pun intended."

Cons: "We didn't fly to Zurich. Instead, we flew from Berlin to Frankfurt to San Francisco to San Diego. Although the alternate airlines did a fine job and we had nice flights thanks to them, we only found out about the change when we arrived at the airport and it caused us multiple inconveniences throughout the day. Our flight from Berlin to Zurich was scheduled to board at 9am, so we left our accommodations at 6:30am so we could arrive at the airport around 7am. It was a rushed, hectic morning and we stayed up late preparing for it the best we could. When we arrived and found out our flight was canceled, we learned our new flight wouldn't board until 11am. So we rushed for no reason and had to spend a considerable amount of extra time at the airport that we could have spent enjoying coffee one last time at a local cafe or something. We planned to fly straight from Zurich to San Diego so we could participate in an interview for our Global entry application (which you can only do when arriving in the US from an international flight). Because we had a brief layover in San Francisco instead, we had no time for this and were unable to do the interview when we arrived in San Diego because it was a domestic flight. The change also caused issues with our luggage. We're not used to checking bags when we fly OR flying internationally with layovers in the US, so we asked the agent at the Swiss desk in Berlin how it would would with both of those aspects in our travel with the itinerary changes. The agent told us our luggage would follow us all the way to San Diego and we didn't have to worry about it. However, we learned once we got to San Diego that our bags were left in San Francisco because apparently we were supposed to pick them up and recheck them, but we had no idea. It was a huge bummer and we wish we would have had more control over our itinerary that day. People book certain flights for certain reasons and need to have a say when their flights need to change."

Pros: "Swiss has the most cheerful crews I've seen, and their enthusiasm is infectious which makes it easier to tolerate being cramped in a plane for hours. Also, I love that they give you a Swiss chocolate at the en of the flight."

If I'm paying that much for a flight, I don't really appreciate having hordes of people lined up for the bathroom, bumping me constantly. I also don't very much like the door constantly opening and closing, due to noise and the obvious smell. Furthermore, I sat next to a family with 2 screaming babies. Overall, 8 hours of agony. Not a good experience at all."

Pros: "Swiss has amazing crew. Incredibly polite and accommodating. Their food (for economy class seat) was very good to excellent. The new Boeing 777 is also a smooth plane to ride."
Cons: "The boarding process in Zurich was a free for all. There is not a "method" to their boarding (i.e. by row or zone) so all 300 passengers crowded around the gate. We paid $100 for exit seats but the seats were barely wide enough for me...a medium built thin male. Unfortunately this appears to be the trend. Swiss would do well to have a wide economy section."

Cons: "I'm only 5 months pregnant, barely showing, and the seat tray nearly didn't fit in the down position! So uncomfortable. Also the chicken sandwich was gross. The bread was gritty and dry."

Cons: "Everything was very good except the TV screen on my wife's seat malfunctioned after the first movie watched. The crew "tried" to fix it but nothing happened, not blaming them specifically but I don't think they were to concerned about one customer with no entertainment. After a long while it started working again. It was a long flight to not have entertainment the whole duration of the flight. Besides this little problem it was a very good flight. Crew very professional and nice."

Cons: "The seats are terrible. Narrow, the armrests edgy and only partially movable. A large metal box under the seat takes away 2/3 of the legroom. The entertainment system is outdated, screen has no contrast and can only be viewed at a straight angle, which is impossible as soon as the seat is reclined."

Cons: "Seat pitch was too small and the food didn't taste that great. I was lucky enough to get a whole row to myself but on the way back I did not and there is not a lot of room at all. And for an 11 hour flight it was really uncomfortable!"

Cons: "Seats in Economy are too tight. There's no room to move, and if the person in front of you leans back, the seat is inches from your face. In an emergency, the instructions are to lean forward with your head on your knees. This maneuver is impossible."

Cons: "Sound for on-screen entertainment not working. It was static-y all the time and completely cut out the rest of the time. I made various attempts to solve the problem, switching headphones, switching to my own headphones (which can't really be done because they have a two-prong jack and personal headphones are always one). I tried watching different movies, programs, music...it wasn't the material I was watching that was the problem. I asked the flight attendant to reset my console. That didn't work either. I just ended up reading my book the entire 9 hour trip."

Cons: "Airplane wasn't clean, we had hair on the headrest cover and asked one of the crew members for new headrest cover but was ignored."

Cons: "At the check-in gate there was pandemonium. It was not clear how to proceed. The lines were long and disorderly. Since I had passed through passport control, I didn't think I would need to go through again just before boarding. I was in line, ready to have my boarding pass scanned when I was told I needed to have my passport checked! I had to step out of line, go back and get my passport checked, then go back in line to board! I could not get an assigned seat until I got to Zurich. I needed an aisle seat (I had a bladder infection and would need to use the toilet often). It was left up to me to negotiate with my neighbor to switch seats--- the crew would not help at all. I was cramped in my seat. The man in front of me put his chair too far back; I was difficult to work on my laptop with so little room between me and the table. The snack was horrible---uncooked, tasteless calzone and ice cream."

This is an airport comment - Deboarding to a bus, then a walk to the train/tram, then security, then another walk to the gate - we barely made our connecting international flight."

The connection gate staff were rude and forced me to check my hand luggage (even though I am disabed and first to board), which had all my medicines in and my computer. The flight wast full and didnt see any other bags gate checked, and there was a bunch of room in the overheads, they werent full. Then to add salt to the wound when we arrived our luggage was dripping water (and it wasnt running at our destination it was at the connection) several clothes were ruined or needed cleaning. As I was on the way to my fathers funeral this was an added pressure that I didnt need."

Result was my daughter was not allowed to board the aircraft. Worst was yet to come. Your staff at the gate offered her a flight to Cleveland for next day at 3:30 pm??? Means around 24 hours later. Is this how you behave with a girl of 19 years, asking her to stay at the airport. She was refused Hotel and Lounge stay by your team!!! Is this what you call customer services??? Obscene services is what I would like to term it as!!! My daughter asked them to give this is writing, which was refused to her. Why are your people scared to put it in writing if everything that you are doing is right by the Law??? I was left with no other option but to book her on American Airlines flight today departing at 9 pm to ensure that little girl doesn’t have to spend close to 24 hours at airport by paying $423. Who is going to bear the loss of money and mental torture that your team has given to me and my daughter???? My flight was delayed 12 hours overnight due to "weather" and since it was reportedly because of uncontrollable weather delta didn't have to do anything for me so I slept in the JFK airport overnight, they wouldn't even give a $59 pass to their sky miles club for the afternoon. It felt like an easy excuse so they wouldn't have to do anything since there were other airlines still flying out of JFK and to go CLE before my rescheduled flight which makes me believe it wasn't all weather. Since the flight was delayed 12 hours instead of being cancelled they wouldn't let me switch to a different airline either. Then, in the morning when it was rescheduled to it was again delayed because they first couldn't find a captain and then couldn't find a fort mate. We finally took off and arrived in Cleveland only to wait another 30 minutes for a gate and a ground crew that they couldn't find. I will never fly delta again."

Additionally, once we changed flights and had to go to Newark, it took an hour to print (yes, print) our new itineraries for United and then when the cab should have arrived immediately, we waited 45 minutes. Since the layover was late at night and I was a woman traveling alone, I did not want to leave the airport (and still drag my luggage because the airline counter was not open yet to check in to my connecting flight)."

Cons: "I had a flight from Los Angeles to Cleveland with a stop in Chicago on December 29, 2016; however, both flights were delayed. I am contacting customer care for compensation due to a severe delay for the departure and arrival for my flight from Chicago to Cleveland (Flight 786). I also wanted to report a very disappointing experience with the representatives at 1-800-864-8331. I was supposed to arrive at Cleveland, OH (CLE) on December 29, 2016 by 7:30 PM. However, it was closer to 11:20 PM when we finally arrived. The flight was delayed over an hour for departure when they announced the plane was not even ready and present at the gate. Due to this delay, we were not able to land on Cleveland, OH (CLE) because of snow on the runway. We circled Cleveland for roughly 40 minutes and then got redirected to the Detroit. We would've avoided the snow if the flight departed on time since the snow did not hit Cleveland until the delayed flight was airborne. We then landed in Detroit and spent another hour and a half in Detroit. At this time, I called the representatives at United and requested a refund. The representative completely understood my situation and said I would be refunded the full amount to my original payment method. She also assured me that I did not need a case number and that other representatives would be able to look up this information through my confirmation number. This was not the case when I contacted United again to see the progress on the refund. They said there were no annotations and that they could not provide a refund. They advised me that the previous representative had lied to me. While the flight experience caused me to miss the rehearsal dinner and bachelor party for a close friend I served with in the Army and almost caused me to miss the wedding, I feel very cheated and trashed for being lied to by your employees regarding my refund and its validity. This experience has left a very bad taste regarding United Airline's integrity and values."

When asking for direction or where to go we could never get a straight answer, it seem as if no one knew where to send us. I felt if I was being herded and hustled on getting a flight home, I had no choice in the matter of getting my flight out. If it wasn't for another passenger flying on the same plane we may have missed our flight all together because she was getting alerts on her phone for changes or updates. Once on the flight the air-condition was linking on one of our seat and we were first told to put a blanket over our head until take off, then we saw some empty seats so we asked to move. Once arriving at Cleveland airport we only discover our luggage had not arrived yet, not only did it not arrive we were told it had not yet left London Hethrow Airport and we would maybe get it in 24 hours. This was a problem because some of our personals we needed were in that luggage and we just had to make due and wait and see. We got our luggage the next day only for me to notice my lock was not on my luggage I do not know if this was taken off or I mistakenly left it off but I really do not think I did but I will check with the hotel to see if I left it there. I have always liked United but this really made me think on who to plan my next trip with later this year. And certainly will do my best to avoid coming through New Jersey. :("

Unfortunately, I couldn't make the flight because of medical reasons and had to cancel. When I called United to purchase a new ticket, they were charging me a $200 rebooking fee plus a $30 processing fee. That's almost the price of the ticket! This is an absolutely horrible policy and very unfair. I had to rebook a new ticket with JetBlue which is 100% better, reasonable and understanding than United. Not to mention I lost the credit with united because with the rebooking and processing fee, it's almost the same price as the ticket. Because of this atrocious experience, United will never get my business again."

Cons: "I was originally scheduled to fly to Cleveland from LGA at 8:30PM. At 12:30PM I got a text from United informing me that my flight had been cancelled. My only rebooking option on the same day was a 9:45PM flight out of Newark. Newark is significantly farther away from my apartment (2 hours vs. 30 minutes) but I took it because it was my only option. After a 2+ hour trip to Newark and going through a disastrous check-in process I found out my flight was delayed until 10:30, then 11, then 11:41. Hardly any real announcements were made until the end when the gate agent stopped hiding. No apologies were made and wasn't even offered water for the inconvenience."
