Woman was very gracious and understanding that she was asking for an accommodation. Ends up her flight to Philly had been moved to a different gate after they had found a volunteer to switch seats. Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!"

I've never been on an international flight where there wasn't almost a constant flow of water. I was so parched after 8 hours. It seemed unusual. Also the seats are so small. I'm only 130 and 5'7" and it was a tough ride"

Your lack of customer service is appalling and I hope That I never have to experience that again."

This made me only have 15 mins to board my connecting flight to Minneapolis. After I rushed to the gate, United told me that they had a smaller plane so 28 people had to take a different flight. How does that happen? The $500 voucher they gave me did not make up for the time I had to fly to Chicago to make another connecting flight to get to Minneapolis. This was my second flight in one weekend as I was flying for an emergency. Both times United switched its gates for the flights last minute so I was scrambling to get to where I needed to go. Never again."

At this point we have lost a non refundable rental car reservation and a non refundable hotel reservation and not a single person at the "customer service center" could even offer an apology or a suggestion as to what our next option would be, given that we are meant to be at a wedding in the Denver area in the morning. The aircraft is apparently pulling up as I type this, but that doesn't negate the fact that we are now getting no sleep, and losing a significant amount of money in reservations because we will not arrive on time. Please advise and rectify."

I couldn't even fit my normal size backpack under seat, let alone my legs. I spent the entire flight with my feet on top of my bag. I won't even get started on the extra fees. Frontier is "cheap" but not once you actually book."

Then noting other passengers getting on the flight with bags they were putting in upper compartment without seeing how it had been verified that they had paid to bring on luggage to put in the overhead. I feel like a schmuck for paying for bags when it did not appear anyone was checking to see who paid and who didn't. Not even soft drinks were free."

Pros: "About the only thing that I can say I liked is, the boarding process went smothly for me & my luggage was on time."
Cons: "Where to start... paid more in bag fees & to get an isle seat for each(4)flights than I did for damn plane ticket! Flights delayed 4hrs another flight in same trip delayed 2 hours. Staff wasn't interactive/friendly I'd say 6/10 were nice. Asked for an isle seat the person helping at counter, said I'd have to pay to upgrade. Seriously- upgrade for isle seat!! I paid to have an isle seat on all 4 flights(I'm a disabled vet who was injured in the line of duty) I need easy access to toilets I'm unable to crawl over people, in turn need idle seat). Paid for isle seat all 4 flights- just to see the flights were super empty, people were sitting where they wanted anyway. Thanks for taking my $ for the seats tho spirit:-|. Staff wasn't that friendly compared to other airlines I've flown on. Not food. No entertainment on flight. Not worth it. If they don't do better business they won't last long I feel. There is potential just needs some work!"
Cons: "I didn't like the baggage policy. I didn't like the check in policy or the fact that they don't support TSA precheck because they hope to sell you on an additional fee that will get you through a prority lane. I didn't like the seats which are hard plastic, close together, and don't recline. I didn't like the mini tray table that wouldn't support my laptop so I couldn't work. I didn't like that Spirit falsely advertises with the tag line "LESS MONEY, MORE GO" when the base fare for my connecting flight on this sub-par airline was more expensive than a direct flight on a better airline-before the other fees were added."
Pros: "Plane's leather seats were comfortable and not as squashed as I thought they'd be. After I deplaned, I was lugging a heavy bag. One of the staffers insisted on carrying it to the gate entrance, then called over a wheelchair that was free, saying "That bag's way too heavy for you to carry that far." (to baggage claim) I was a little embarrassed -- but SOOO grateful! Thoughtful people like this make me want to keep using Spirit."

Cons: "On top of the long lines, the flight was cancelled without any explanation 20 minutes before boarding. We were forced to walk all the way back to the airport entrance, but weren't helped at the Spirit ticket counter. Instead, we were given a card with a phone number to call in order to try and book ourselves another flight. We weren't able to get a flight until the next day with a different airline. It was a very disappointing experience, which created a terrible start to our trip. We will never fly Spirit again due to the unprofessional manner in which we were inconvenienced."

The hour and a half delay that ultimately made me late to work the next day was not even due to weather issues. I blame spirit for the inconvenience and this will certainly effect my future decisions to fly with spirit."

Pros: "Our flight got cancelled about 1 hour after it was supposed to departure, due to mechanical issues. Since Spirit doesn't have many airplanes we were redirected to rebook our flight which would not get us anywhere until Monday morning, if we use Spirit. They did offered flights with other airlines, but of course those were gone fast. I missed a race, asked if they could refund at least part of that fee and was told no. Crew was nice, honest and helpful."

Cons: "Ours was a connecting flight and we were asked to disembark the plane versus staying on it. Once the plane was empty boarding started again. The seats do not recline and there was no wifi. We arrived two hours late due to weather and backed up gates (not airlines fault but still frustrating)."
