Pros: "This flight was so late that I couldn’t take it and had to drive from Chadron, to Denver Colorado in order not to miss my international flight from Denver to Montreal."

Cons: "We had no security check on our first leg and only went through security for our second leg on the same plane. Huh? Also there was no communication from the airline about checking in or about the fact that the airline isn't in a main DFW terminal. Finally, both flights-- coming and going-- were hours late and caused significant scheduling problems."

Cons: "At first was told my 5:30 pm flight back to Cortez from Denver was delayed until 6:30 pm, then a bit later the airline worker told everyone on the flight he made a mistake and read it wrong, it was delayed until 6:30 am! I was eventually given a voucher for a hotel for the night, and basically no explanation as to why the flight was delayed. I then woke up at 4:00 am to catch my 6:30 am flight, when I reached the gate it had been delayed again until 8:05 am. Then at 8:00 am the airline worker called me, personally to the front desk to tell me my bag had been lost! At 8:30 am we started boarding, I asked about my bag again and was told it would be on the next flight to Cortez if it was found. We arrived in Cortez after a very stressful flight, they unloaded the plane and my bag had been on the whole time. And if the delays and miscommunication weren't enough the staff was rude and uninformed and the plane was cramped and uncomfortable. Obviously I had an extremely frustrating experience with this airline and will not be flying with them again. I would urge others to stay away as well!"

Pros: "I've never traveled in a plane that sat 8 people but I was an exciting experience. Our pilot was excellent and the landings were so smooth. Boarding was a breeze since there were only 3-7 passengers. I would definitely fly with Boutique again."

Pros: "Had to take a Friday flight to Phoenix to drive back a car to Abq. Waited too long to get a ticket, by mid week the big guys were getting up there in price. I heard about BA before so when I noticed their price coming in the lowest in a KAYAK search I had no hesitation going for it! The whole experience was great. The big airlines are taking all the fun out of flying, long lines thru security, you get on the plane thru a tunnel so you don't even get to see the airplane. With BA checking in is 20 mins before flight, no long lines thru security. You just walk to their terminal, check in and walk out to your plane! The plane is comfortable, the pilots are very friendly. I'll definetely fly BA again!"

Cons: "I wouldn't know how our flight to Sioux Falls was. Delta left without us, after they made us late. We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."

Cons: "The redesign of seats means that very few of Delta's planes can actually accommodate a sherpa-style pet carrier, even though they are an industry standard for in-cabin travel. Further complicating the problem is that the clearance under the seat varies depending where in the cabin you're seated. It's become an extremely stressful proposition for which I have the privilege of paying an extra +$100 each way whilst having to give up one of my carry ons. As far as I can see, the charge is just straight up greed, since no one would be able to use the space beneath the seat in front of me, anyway, and carrying on my cat cause zero extra work for the crew. I'm going to have rethink my loyalty to Delta. At least with Southwest, they'll let me check two bags for no additional cost."

On top of that when I originally booked my flights, I had made sure to have 1.5 hr for a layover between my connecting flights. Well, they decided to move up my connector such that I had 25 minutes to run across 2 terminals. They only give you pretzels on the plane, and a single soda drink. They offer you "food bundles" but why do I want to pay $8 for a sandwich that costs $1 to make."

Woman was very gracious and understanding that she was asking for an accommodation. Ends up her flight to Philly had been moved to a different gate after they had found a volunteer to switch seats. Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!"

If you offer seats on rows with no window, it should be at a discounted fair and the airlines should explain there is NO window on that row. (This would be extremely helpful for those that experience claustrophobia.) I was very disappointed because there was NO window. One of the flight attendant that served me drinks was very agitated (she was having a very bad day) and it was apparent in her service."

They said it was a mechanical problem, and then told us it was just fixed and that they were just waiting for paperwork to be on our way. 3 hours later they decide to cancel the flight. Crappy communication with travelers, terrible attention at the counter to try to make new arrangements. Not a single American Airlines representative in customs to give orientation to the travelers having to go through the whole thing after the flight was cancelled. In summary, an epic mess. Will avoid AA when possible."

Cons: "The auxiliary power unit on our Airbus 321 (the engine in the tail of the plane) was not working, so the air conditioning vents were non-operational before takeoff, and the engines had to be started by an additional device at the airport. Not the greatest way to start a trip. I know there are tolerances that allow flights with certain broken parts, but auxiliary power on a flight starting in the Southwest United States seems important. Also, the Gogo in-flight WiFi was not working. I am a T-Mobile customer, so it should have been free, but I never got more than Google's home page to load, so I watched a movie on my iPad instead. I wasn't expecting the WiFi, so I flew fine without it. But, for it not to work after they announced it was available was a little disappointing. The "new" American Airlines seems worse, to me."

They weighed my suitcase and even make me take 1 lb out because the scale was 51 lbs, instead of 50! Furthermore, the flight was half empty. Then I had one extra package that I wanted to check. I was told to take it as a carry-on. I told them I thought it was too large. They disagreed. In any event, I took the package to security and was told it was too large! I am really disappointed in the service and am hoping this is not because American Airlines is now running US airways."

Pros: "The operations once my husband and I arrived to Phoenix Airport were absolutely horrible and caused us to miss our connecting flight home to San Diego. Our luggage took a long time to come out, then we had to stay in a 45 minute line to get through Customs, even though we didn't have anything to claim. After that, we then had to stay in another hour and a half line to get through TSA. The whole time, we kept trying to explain to the different airport staff that we had a connecting flight that we needed to catch, however nothing was being done by any of the parties to ensure that we would make it to our connecting flight. All parties (Customs, TSA, & American Airlines) just kept trying to pass the blame to each other instead of helping us and were rude on top of that. The delays were out of our control causing us to not only miss our flight, but also caused us to have to spend more money to stay at a hotel in Phoenix since the next flight available was not until the morning. This situation has also caused both my husband and me to miss work, causing us to miss out on today's wages. This entire situation has been the worst airport experience we've ever had, and we've traveled all over the world. Cons: "The operations once my husband and I arrived to Phoenix Airport were absolutely horrible and caused us to miss our connecting flight home to San Diego. Our luggage took a long time to come out, then we had to stay in a 45 minute line to get through Customs, even though we didn't have anything to claim. After that, we then had to stay in another hour and a half line to get through TSA. The whole time, we kept trying to explain to the different airport staff that we had a connecting flight that we needed to catch, however nothing was being done by any of the parties to ensure that we would make it to our connecting flight. All parties (Customs, TSA, & American Airlines) just kept trying to pass the blame to each other instead of helping us and were rude on top of that. The delays were out of our control causing us to not only miss our flight, but also caused us to have to spend more money to stay at a hotel in Phoenix since the next flight available was not until the morning. This situation has also caused both my husband and me to miss work, causing us to miss out on today's wages. This entire situation has been the worst airport experience we've ever had, and we've traveled all over the world. Pros: "Flight late due to discovery of radio not working just before flight departure. My seats had less room than seate in front of me and it would not recline leaving me an unacceptable amount of space."
Cons: "It got to Hawaii and my bags also made it. Since flight was late I could not get my rental car costing me more money."

Cons: "We travel to Kauai every year with 3 little kids and every year the crew runs out of food. On a 7 hour flight, there should be food or snacks available for purchase of you are past the first 5 rows"

Cons: "Seemed understaffed at the airport, never anyone around to answer questions about why our plane wasn't even there until 20 minutes after we were supposed to have boarded. They finally showed up, but didn't mention that we'd be delayed (which I eventually found out thanks to a KAYAK alert). Kept telling us the flight would be 62 minutes, but it ended up taking forever. Probably not Allegiant's fault, but they acted like they wanted to hide the fact, rather than own up to it and apologize for the inconvenience as if they valued all of us as passengers."

Cons: "Covid travel. Had us board an hour before take off and the back half of the plane was 100% full. Every seat including middle seats. 15 min before take off they allowed passengers to take empty seats and spread out."

Crew refused to allow me to stow the bags in the front bin, had to place it 10 rows back. If I didn’t run to my gags as soon as Wen landed would have been the last to deplane. If allegiant is going to charge so much for carry on, they need to find a way so front passengers are not squeezed out like this."

Asked for an announcement to be made on board or to be moved to seats closer to the front so we could get off the plane quicker, did not happen. Offboarded and sprinted across the airport for our international connection and was notified by gate attendents that the gate closed five minutes ago and that they could not let us on the plane. Meanwhile, the plane sat there for an additional 30 minutes while it fueled and waited for release from air traffic control. There were six travelers total stuck there in San Fran at that gate, all of us begging to be let on the plane to Beijing, the last one for over 24 hours. Zero compassion from staff at the the airline gate. They did not care about us and did not care about leaving their travelers stranded. Our total travel was Denver to Bangkok, 26 hours of travel including layovers in San Fran and Beijing. In San Fran (after missing the gate connection), United rerouted us through Haiwaii and the customer service agent that did this reroute did not finish the reroute to our final destination. We got to Haiwaii and were stranded again, at the United service desk for four hours having to once again provide documentation of our initial travel plans to Bangkok, having them build a new itinerary to our final destination. Overall, 20 additional travel hours have been added to our itinerary, almost double our initial travel time. We have had to call and cancel pre-arranged bookings in Thailand as we are now missing two full days off our trip. I am absolutely disappointed and heart broken as I write this still stuck in the Beijing airport waiting another six hours to connect to Bangkok. My fiancé and I were traveling to Thailand to get married and have received no compassion from anyone at this airline to try and get us there. I fly United for work quite frequently and have never experienced such horrendous service and lack of basic human compassion. I am flat out disgusted by United and will not be using them again, for personal travel or work related trips, because of this horrendous experience."

Never in my life will I ever fly with united again. My plans got ruined, I was forced to sleep on the cold dirty floor of LAX. This cost me a lot of time and money, and I am upset about it. I will tell all my peers about this horrible experience and encourage them to never fly with united ever again. I do expect some sort of compensation over this horrible experience."

Compared to boarding by row, the entire process is now one lengthy mess."

Cons: "On April 15 we flew from Sacramento to Basel, via Los Angeles and Munich. We did exactly what we were told re reserving seats. We were told to call 23 hrs. in advance to reserve seats. When we tried to follow directions, we were not able to check in. Without checking in, we could not reserve seats. After numerous phone calls, to various numbers, we were not able to check in or reserve seats. By continuing to ask questions, to try and understand, we were told we were "under airport control". This was an "at random" situation and online check in was not available. Only 5 minutes earlier, we were still being instructed to check in online! We had never heard of this. I contacted a neighbor, who flies often internationally and within the U.S. He said it had happened to him once. He agreed that driving to the airport in Sacramento was a wise decision. This is not what we wanted to be doing 1 day before departure. At Sacramento we found a kind gentleman who saw our dilemma and checked us in as a favor. We saw assigned seats. He suggested we request to improve our seats the following travel day. It was a very challenging morning. As I tried to improve our seating the following day I was told, by airport staff, that this happened because we booked through Kayak? Rather with an attitude that we should have booked differently. This was a vacation we had looked forward to for years. I worked hard at not letting this difficult start damage my trip. Upon arrival in Amsterdam, I tried to learn more, to prevent a similar situation on the way home."
