Three out of seven of the flight crew were not happy about how badly they were being treated by call center and /or management while they were delayed with us at gate. Snacks were brought out because of delay but they were just junk food. Nothing I could eat due to allergies."

I was there when she called her supervisor and advised him/her of my location and of my needs and she received confirmation. Was not her fault."

My wheel chair needed charged and I was two hours early, so the attendant sat me at the charging station because there were no outlets in the gate area. She contacted her supervisor to advise of my location and that I would need assistance. Nobody came for me. I gathered my things the best I could and struggled to get to the gate to get attitude from the gate agent, telling me the wheel chair attendant was there looking for me. What ever happen to using a paging system when you know the passenger who is disabled checked in two hours earlier? Had someone paged, maybe I could have flagged their attention, or maybe they could have called the company in charge of handling their wheel chair attendance and would have known where I could be located. Either way, the attitude is uncalled for, especially when I apologized and stated that the wheel chair attendant was expected to help me."

Cons: "I'm trying to wrap my head around the # of flights that are delayed or cancelled, when I fly on Allegiant. Perhaps, I have just had bad luck. The flight was delayed a total of 5 times for a total delay of about 4 hours. The original scheduled flight was for 6:35 pm and we didn't actually leave the ground until almost 10:30. We kept getting pushed back. I am not certain if it was due to weather (in another area) or required flight crew rest, both of which I would understand. There was no reason posted that I saw. I have a 10 yo son who has Autism and should be in bed no later than 10 pm, preferably 9 pm. I appreciate all that Allegiant does for the military, and therefore, will continue to fly on your airline. I will NOT, however, take any more evening flights as most of the ones I've flown on have either been delayed or altogether cancelled. Again, I truly appreciate your recognition of retired and active duty military. 8/10 is a B and can be improved upon with more clarevoyance and keeping on-time flights."

No headrest adjustment for any sort of comfort. The seats are hard. We had a 30 min. Delay for some reason we were not made aware of and no apology was made. No Tv's or even a pocket in the seat-back in front of you. Basically if you can fly anything else other than this airline you are probably better off. Delta is basically the exact opposite of this airline and even American does way more. If I can help it I will never use this airline again."

Cons: "I say somewhat cheap, because by the time they ala carte everything, it's not so cheap anymore. As in no longer cheap enough to justify the bare bones service. The flight attendants are basically candy salespeople. I typically need help putting things in the overhead bin, but the flight attendant actually told me it wasn't her job. That indeed may be the airline's bad policy, but she also thought her way of expressing it was appropriate, which it is not. That has to come straight from the top. Also, what kinda janky airline doesn't serve complementary water. Probably the biggest deal though was that my flight was delayed for 2 hours both ways due to a maintenance issue. I know air travel is fairly safe, but given the track record of both Allegiant and Airbus, I was a little worried during the flights. Even though this particular route is convenient for me, I'm going to avoid Allegiant."

THEN... the flight crew had been working too long and they had to send another crew which took 4 extra hours. 17 hours from Lisbon to Newark is unacceptable! It could have all been avoided with a larger plane."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed and despite assurances by United staff at the gate in Seattle that we would make our flight in SFO to Zürich we were too late and we missed our flight to Zürich. 14 hours later we are still at SFO trying to get on a flight to Frankfurt then on to Venice. We shall see if it actually happens. The couple we are traveling with gave up and went back home to Boise. They also bought their tickets through Kayak."

Pros: "The international flight was very good. Staff were excellent and very friendly."
Cons: "The international terminal at LAX is terrible as far as people being on hand or being able to offer assistance on getting to your next connecting flight. Getting 30 minutes to make a connecting flight that is on the other side of the airport with noone being able to tell you where your connecting flight is is almost impossible. The in-flight entertainment console was broken and was unusable during the flight. It would work for 5 minutes then glitch and the screen would flash until you stowed it away and waited 10 minutes to try again."

Cons: "The crew. It was obvious she does not like her job. She seemed as if the people are an inconvenience and everything was so repetishous."

Cons: "Bording time ended at 10:00.. plane was departing at 10:15. Got there at 10:06.. the counter lady was very rude and instead of help me get to another flight or show me other options, she told me the doors was closed and that it was totally my fault I lost my flight since my prior flight got there early.. doors should be hold ten minutes after the end of the bording time. she sent me to the main customer counter.."

Pros: "Watching part of a baseball game at the Chicago airport and reading a book."
Cons: "I did not get to fly to Fargo. I had to drive. all flights were delayed or cancelled."

Pros: "When we finally landed after hours of delays"
Cons: "Absolutely everything about my United experience. The delays weren't communicated well, we sat on the runway for about an hour and the AC didn't come on for about 20 minutes. I'll never fly United again. My flight from CLT was supposed to take off at 3:30pm and we didn't take off until 10:30pm. Never again."

Cons: "Delayed getting on our way I think because they were late getting in and had to do all the plane checking. Captain said safety checks. Seat space felt tight and I am short."

Cons: "Did' agree with decision of Ua air to include unannounced stop at Rapid City to drop off crew as it was not a part of my scheduling ticket. A bit confusing at the gate w/ looking for flight to Fargo. Had to ask other passengers at gate what was going on."

Cons: "We have stay the night In SAF without food, water and the Airline staft very indifferent."

Cons: "Had to rent a car at LAX in order to actually make it home to San Diego. Also had to go home without any of my luggage ..."

Pros: "I didn't board this flight- the luggage took 40 min to come out and then I needed to go through customs and security."
Cons: "Poorly planned connection- not enough time to make connecting flight. Very poor customer service at travel assistance desk as well."

Pros: "The entertainment was okay although the controls were having some issues since they weren't working properly"
Cons: "The unfriendliness of some of the crew. We were given ice cream and it came with a wood spoon however I am allergic to wood utensils and asked one of the crew members if they could provide me with a plastic spoon or a plastic fork and he just ignored me and I had to go all the way in the back to ask to another crew member for a plastic utensil."

Pros: "Entertainment was great. No problem with boarding/departure/baggage claim"
Cons: "Couldn't recline in exit row. No pillow. No foot rest"

Cons: "There was no gate agent until about 6 minutes before the flight was scheduled to take off and when got there they were rude to customers and dismissive."

Cons: "Awful experience, we left it were it was supposed to, and they left it behind!! The staff at the airport gate wasn't helpful at all, they offer no emotional support but asked us to "make a complaint in baggage reclaim". There, the staff was a little more helpful and gave us a new stroller (very small, not close to ours, but we used it anyway). I had to call many times until I reach a spanish speaker that showed concern for our problem and finally found our stroller and sent it to our hotel."

Cons: "The rain slowed the flight for 30. Minutes no way to contact spouse"

Cons: "Due to my initial delayed flight I got to O'Hare during a drastically busy time. Due to the amount of people, noise, and dishevelment my PTSD became aggravated and I found myself having an attack. I chose the initial early flight to ensure this would not happen. I am aware of what causes my PTSD to become aggravated and I take that into consideration when I make all plans."

Pros: "Customer service and flight. Fast check in and two seat plane was awesome."

Cons: "The pilots were late which cost us our departure so that we ran into restrictions based on weather. Thus we missed our connection in Panama City. United should ensure pilots are on time."

Pros: "It was a very nice direct flight. Crew was pleasant and captain gave a friendly goodbye and thank you on the exit."

Pros: "Flight a lot easier then flight up to NY. Didn't have to ride with left over storm conditions. Smoother flight."

Cons: "We were delayed, no big deal. Then we got on the plane and set there on a hot plane for over 30 minutes waiting."

Pros: "I got a super cheap fare for this short flight from PHX to LAX. Staff was courteous and the flight went smoothly from start to finish."
Cons: "Was unable to figure out the free entertainment offered. Was a short flight so I didn't really worry about it."
