Rental from hellCons:When we arrived our reservation was cancelled so Ace never sent the shuttle to the airport. We waited in the rain for 90 minutes. Then we were not told to activate a button on the key fob to deactivate a theft protection and start the car. We spent $30 on tips to strangers trying to start our car.Reviewed Nov 16 2018
