Cons: When our flight for the day of our reservation was cancelled due to weather issues and rescheduled for the next day, I called Alamo to revise the reservation. Alamo was going to charge an additional $100 to change our reservation from a seven day to a six day, so I cancelled the reservation and reserved a car for the period we needed it with another agency. The Alamo agent informed me that there would be a $5.00 cancellation charge, which I approved, and that the remainder of the amount charged by Alamo would be refunded. The credit came through, but with a $25.00 cancellation fee. We are going to take up the issue with Alamo, and will not use them again.

Pros: The people at Alamo were very friendly and helpful.

flopping mirror-dirty interior
Cons: the passenger mirror stayed flopping in-safety hazard. I didn't know it was a problem until I got onto the interstate and in flopped close. travel was very hazardous without use of that mirror.... check these before driving off-especially in bad weather when you need all the help you can get.

Cons: Why give a confirmation/reservation number and when I get there I'm told there are no cars available... as if that wasn't bad enough, there were over 2 full rows of rental cars parked right out front... thought I was in the twilight zone. Will never use Alamo again.
