Cons: I purchased the third party insurance for the car, and Alamo advised me that it is worthless. That policy doesn’t cover the car, and they would have to go through my car insurance if something happened. If I had just paid Alamo directly, it would have been covered bumper to bumper . Scam.

Cons: Car continuously stalled when I tried to get a new one they said I had to go to a dealer and that they were closed on Saturdays So I could not get it delivered to me

Pros: Easy pick up and drop off
Cons: Reserved a small suv. Got there and was told they oversold that car Was offered a Toyota Camry or a mini van even though the coup,e in front of us received the suv I reserved and they had no reservation Car we received was definitely a car that had a smoker in it. Had to drive with windows opened to avoid getting ill from the smell. Will not use Alamo in the future
