Pros:Alamo was great at getting me a car quickly and checking me in quickly when I dropped it off. They allowed me to pick any car I wanted from the 'economy' row.
Cons:I probably should have upgraded to a larger vehicle as sleeping in an economy car is not all that comfortable.
Pros:I rented the car last minute when my flight got cancelled. The car exceeded my expectations and the service was over the top!!
Pros:Brand new, roomy car! Very clean and comfortable, and ready when we got there!

Pros:Alamo was very courteous and prepared, even though the reservation was made only a few hours before I picked up. I even received an upgrade because the compact I requested was not available.

Cons:The agent, at pick-up, laid on a ton of sales scare tactics to get me to buy junk insurance coverage and also to upgrade my car. I am a Hertz Gold Five Star and will stick with them...avoid Alamo and their unethical sales tactics.
