The car itself - CVT is not great. Otherwise good experience. Thought I was renting at airport until I got confirmation. Worked out fine.

Great service at desk and car was what I reserved. My only complaint is the wait to pick up the car. They had two agents working and it was obvious they needed more. There were at least 20 people in line ahead of me and more behind.

Friendly staff, nice vehicle, easy drop off. Didn’t like the surprise of a new 13$ per day additional fee for an extra driver which adds up on an 8 day rental. Book with Costco to avoid this fee.
