Cons:Car has 37k miles . Needs front brake pads and tranny is slipping
Cons:Really awful staff for return. Rude and slow
Cons:The line was long, but went fairly fast. However, when I went out to the lot, the guy merely pointed in the general direction and said "any of those three cars" Then, when I had to leave the lot there were 3 or 4 cars ahead of me and it took forever for each one to be checked out before I could leave the lot. Too long of a wait.
Pros:My wife and I travel to Minnesota to visit family every year,. In the winter the cost is pretty good. Sadly, in the summer the prices jump considerably. We usually get a mid to full size car but decided to get a compact this time. There was plenty of room in the trunk for two full sized bags and carry on bags. The gas mileage was great - around 35 to 40 mph. The car was immaculate inside and out and the rental process was extremely easy. No high pressure talk for add ons. The return process was seamless. I have had some different experiences with other companies. Thank you Thrifty for making our vacation more enjoyable. John H.
Pros:good gas mileage and pickup. drop off at car return very quick and easy.
Cons:long lines to pick up car. driver seat a little tight on hips.
Cons:Online reservation advised car would be $470. When I picked it up, they said it would be $485. When I returned it before business hours as I originally reserved, they charged over $1200 to my credit card. When I called to dispute it they said I returned it to a different location which I did not. I returned it to exactly the same location 30 minutes prior to what my reservation indicated which is the airport that I flew in and out of. Will NEVER rent through Kayak or Thrifty again.

Cons:I used your service 2/23-2/25. That was fine. I was not in MN nor did I use your service 3/23- 3/25. DO NOT charge me.
Pros:Everything else was quite good.
Cons:The single pickup desk agent was nice but a bit slow and then spent about 20 minutes with a couple ahead of us as they tried to sort something out. There should be a policy of asking such customers to please step aside for a while until their banking or other problem is sorted out so that the rest of us could be taken care of in a timely manner.
