Pros:No one was attending upon my return and the car was not clocked in until three hours later.

Cons:It was cold in Minnesota and when I turned the heat on the windows would cloud up. I had to continuously turn on the rear and front window heaters which would then shut off the heat. But it was alright, I did not freeze but it could have been a little more comfortable. I would rent from them again.

Pros:The car was very clean, they took good care care of me and changed my reservation last minute (I book in a different agency)
Cons:Waiting at the counter Also the airport rental return trafic signage is not great at the airport but that's not their fault of course

Pros:I liked that the car was in great shape and well maintained.
Cons:I did not like that the airport ran out of cars and was unable to get me a car the day I reserved it. I had to go to another location the next day.

Pros:The main reason I like renting at Enterprise Minneapolis Downtown location if for the after hours return option to the ramp.
Cons:Had to wait 20 minutes for a car to be ready. Had to wait 10 minutes to return the car. With only one or two people working, they are never actually available to help the customer.
