There was plenty of room for just me in this vehicle - and so it was easy to have all I needed while traveling at hand. Having the front end collision light go off FOUR TIMES - twice for no apparent reason as there was no one else around and it continued to flash for an extended period of time; and twice due to the rain on the road - or so the Enterprise associates I spoke with said. I asked Nebraska associate, "then what is the point of the 'extra protection' if I'm going to be given faulty information. I mentioned wanting to cancel it - as the Idaho associate had said I could do. The Nebraska associate basically ignored what I said - so it was not removed since it required the vehicle to be re-assessed by an associate before it could be removed (vs over the phone). The jerkiness with which the vehicle (Rogue) moved forward was not a smooth as the vehicle (Kona) I rented last fall. It was almost as if a parking break was on and then suddenly released. Having to deal with an EMPTY windshield washer fluid reservoir - with a large splated bug on the window - was not ideal. Then I had to locate an office in Nebraska once I reached my desitination. Thankfully, there was one near my hotel. I had been told I could potentially receive credit if I returned the car early. Since the Idaho associate didn't state when, I presumed my early return (on Sunday) was not ccepted since I was charged the full amount. But then, maybe the vehicle will actually look clean for the next driver since this one looked like it had received a dirty water washing before it was given to me (VERY streaky all over the car). But then maybe that explains the oil residue on the windshield - which made for crappy driving in rainy Nebraska (as in hard to see through the smear and the downpour).
