Pros:Easy turn in, and again, the car return folks were great.
Pros:2017 Hyundia Accent. Great gas mileage (almost 40 mpg). Plenty of power. Driver arm rest for right arm. Power windows. Did not use the power mirrors.
Cons:Pressure to purchase rental company insurance. The car did not have cruise control. Under the sun, the sunlight from the windshield/driver side window glass made my arms feel like I had sunburn. The heat was intense affecting the air conditioner cooling ability. A/C was better when it became overcast. Flooring was not actually a carpet (in my mind) so long term reliability is foreign to me. Finally, the rear widow distorted the shape of the vehicles slightly when looking though the rear view mirror. It was a good car for me to rent to determine whether I want to purchase. I probably will not purchase but it was a good rental car based on my positive thoughts listed.
Pros:Car was clean, ready to go as soon as we arrived. Simple process.
Pros:Great customer service and the vehicle was very nice/clean
Cons:I needed to extend my rental by one day. That day would have cost me a weekly rate and a 175.00 additional charge for the car and coverage. I turned the car in and rented a car from another company, saving me $100 or so.
Pros:Staff in Nashville were very friendly, with a nice cold bottle of water for the ride.
Cons:I would have appreciated a lower cost but overall the rental was good.

Cons:They try to up-sell you at the counter, but that is every car rental agency. I just say no to everything.
