I booked this through your app. TWICE. both times i received a call from the location that they do not have enough cars and were cancelling my reservation. They made me speak tot heir customer services and according the the CS rep, my amount will be refunded, but i have not received any refund even after more than 12 days have passed.

I could never talk to a person when I did. They couldn't help me. I never picked up the car. I chose to go with somebody else Hertz sucks badly. Their website is c***, doesn't work at all. Can't make changes. Can't believe they're in business. No personality , no ability to talk to people unbelievably , poor service

Car was dirty when I got it. Then i got charged extra fees for being late when they were closed and got charged an extra day when I had it only one day and had prepaid it too. Crooks

Had a problem with pick-up. Got the text of which car to grab (in a specific parking spot) and was confirmed via text and email. When we tried to leave the check out person said he had no record of my reservation and no link to that car. So, it took a very long time to depart airport. Also, car was not very clean.
