Pros:Great upgrade from my original rental, comfortable, fast service.
Cons:I know that you never should expect a rental to be perfect, but this one was not quite clean. Some fingerprints on the windows, the doors were dirty, and the floors needed a vacuum.

Cons:Handwritten signs at Budget sent everyone to the Very Long Line at Avis. Obviously, Budget had reservations, they should have had enough staff to handle the crowd. Half of the line was sent out to the 'downstairs' station. Turns out we waited in the very hot and humid parking lot for 1 hour and 45 minutes before we received our rental and drove out of the parking lot. I had a reservation for $231. By the time I was charged for all the incidentals - the charges were $392. I will NOT be using Kayak nor Budget again in the future. Very frustrating.

Cons:No one was there went I dropped off the car. The guy driving the shuttle ensured me that it was fine to just leave the car with the key in the ignition. I'm hoping that is truly the case.

Pros:Nothing
Cons:Everything. There was no SUV available whatsoever and that’s what I requested. I ended up with a Passat with 10 miles left of gas. The guy there told me I would have to take it to get it filled or wait for a while because they didn’t have another “big” car. When I opened the trunk to load, it was completely full of trash and boxes so I had to clean that out. I had to wash it because the windows were filthy and the inside was dirty as well. Horrible experience.
