Absolutely disgraceful. On arrival I was asked to hand over my license & credit card. After a minute of tapping on her computer the Alamo representative said “we haven’t got a car for you”. Apparently they’d ran out & she said they didn’t have enough for people who’d booked months ago let alone me ( who’d booked the day before. I asked what I was supposed to do. She said “I don’t know” She also told me that they had tried calling me but I had no missed calls or voicemails. Thankfully Avis helped me.
