Pros:The car was in great shape, clean and comfy. AC worked great. It drove like a champ.
Cons:There was some confusion at pickup. The car did not have USB charge ports despite being a late model car.
Pros:The flexibility to choose from a number of vehicles in my category is a great feature. I also was able to use the on-line advance check in. When I tell you I was in the building less than 60 seconds, this is not an exaggeration, and I was driving away from the property less than six minutes after I arrived. Fantastic!
Cons:The car was cleaned except for the glass. Particularly in moments of solar glare it was obvious that the inside of the car's glass had not been cleaned properly in a long time.

Cons:Drop off took over an hour because staff did not know how to handle damage that was on the car before I got it and which I called in immediately. It really put a damper on the start of my vacation. Since the Lexington people did not catch and document the damage I may end up getting charged for it.
Pros:42$ for a one way from Washington DC to NYC. Can't beat that!
Pros:They were helpful when hertz wouldn't take a debit card. They wouldn't match Hwrtz's (much better) price but did work to give me a discount.
Pros:Told me on arrival their computer system had a glitch and they actually had no cars available. They also said they'd call me in the afternoon to let me know when the next car would be available and then never called.
Cons:Fix your website so people don't waste their time.
Pros:At pick up and drop off the service was excellent. The agents were pleasant and very helpful even when we ran into a problem with our original rental plan. The prices were also very good. Molly
