|Open air all terrain||$58/day|
Cons: They didn’t have my reserved car, nor any other car available. This also happened to two other people who were there at the same time.
Pros: Staff was wonderful. Very friendly and courteous, Things moved along at a great clip. Thanks to them
Cons: You have only one location in DC. Its not open 24 hours. Having a location open 24 hours would be much more convenient...or waive fee for DCA drop off if after hours in the DC location. This is whats really missing.
Pros: I got an upgrade on the car, the young driver fee was low, and the check in/out was very easy.
Pros: Was able to get an upgrade that was more comfortable.
Pros: Easy reservations, pick up, and drop off. I look forward to the next time.
Wasn’t given a great car
Cons: The car’s exterior was dirty and the windshield had a glare from the dirt. Also, when I got in the dashboard said “maintenance required” which made me nervous that the car was going to have issues. Lastly, it was left with a quarter of a tank which was rediculous. The DC attendee said I could return it empty for my trouble but the car didn’t even get me that far without running out (poor mileage).
Great service at Alamo Rental D.C.
Pros: The ease of booking and picking up the car was appreciated! The representative at Alamo in D.C. was helped us understanding everything that we'd be billed for as well as the timing of our return based on when we picked it up.
Pros: easy and quick pick up
Cons: customer service was just "going through the motions"
Pros: Who knew a Chevy Impala was fun to drive AND comfortable?
Cons: Alamo staff in Washington could be a bit more helpful, but overall cove the bases efficiently enough.
Pros: Excellent value. $42 for a one way rental with dropoff in Manhattan. Got to the D street location early. Helpful staff. Had reserved a compact sedan and was given a compact SUV upgrade (Nissan Rogue) for the same price. Dropoff location on Broadway was very convenient. Overall a great experience.
Pros: The guy who gave the vehicle was friendly and well known.
Cons: The pickup was not so good as I have thought before. The notification of change the oil at the dashboard was lighted but the person who handed over the relief vehicle told us that it is fine. It was not so restful for us. Fortunately there was not any problem in this case. But in our route the tire pressure lamp as well flashed several times.
Cons: It would be great if the car was actually cleaned inside and out. Front and back screens and rear vision side mirrors filthy. Old rotten apple found in passenger side foot well
