Very good last minute prices. The cleanliness of the car wasn't great, especially inside. But the workers were nice and the rental experience was seamless. Picking up and dropping off at Boston airport is a challenge, but Alamo can't be blamed for that.

The pickup and drop-off address I was given was incorrect. I arrived early and after no storefront opened, I called Alamo. The 1st Alamo representative I spoke to could not resolve, and left a message for the Rental location manager. I called Alamo a second time, and that agent told me no cars would be available. I randomly went to (what I thought was another random rental car company - business name: Nippon), and by sheer luck, this was the original location I was supposed to go to, as they also supported Alamo. Summary: Wrong pickup/dropoff address on my contract and poor on phone customer service

Great experience. The price was fantastic and the person at the counter even offered us a fantastic upgrade for $10, which we took.

They charged me additional insurance. They do not have any email to send them request to return money. They asked me to sign an agreement in different language. It was just fraud.

You could have a car for me when i land in Charlotte and I was expecting the car to drive home to knoxville since my flight was cancelled. You left me stuck at 9pm at night. The service agent said we had no car even though our rental was confirmed. Unacceptable!!!!

Line too long on the return of the rental. Only one CSR was working for a line of around 20 people. It took about 30” before another CSR was added. Still not enough to process the line in a timely manner.

The staff were kind, considerate and extremely welcoming in their work and made the process quick and understanding! Thank you for the great service and the next time i am in need of renting a vehicle I will most likely go with Alamo.
