Pros:Easy to deal with people and quick pick-up and drop-off but this wasn't critical or important with regard to my experience.
Cons:Big bait and switch deal on two big issues. First, Insurance costs were high and not clearly indicated on Kayak website. I thought I had signed up for full insurance when I booked the rental. Also had to upgrade to equivalent of what would be standard minivan in the US because the 7 passenger vehicle that I had rented on kayak really was not a 7 passenger vehicle unless you were putting midgets in the third row. Other than that Mrs. Lincoln how did you like the play?
Pros:I've been burned recently by "budget" rental companies who have dozens of hidden fees, bringing some amazing advertised price to an astronomical amount. Enterprise charged me the stated price, offered options for my car, and didn't get super pushy about extras. Nice people, great service.
Pros:Very clean. Quick delivery.
Pros:Got to the rental office at 9.30, but given the line-ups it took over an hour to get service. Finally ended up cancelling the rental. Though the staff apologised for delay and made the cancellation easy.

Cons:Me gustaría no haber tenido que esperar tanto para recoger el coche en la oficina de Estación de Sants. Hubiese sido mejor que no hubiesen cometido el error de cobrarme un día de mas.

Cons:The staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. Since the first moment they didn’t want to me involved with us. Even cancelled our reservation. We had a dog and luggage and were stranded in Barcelona. Luckily Sixt came to the rescue and our trip was happily resumed. Never reserving a car ever again with them.
I couldn’t find the booking number and spend hours to let online supporter help me. And the crew said the money which rental website take is only for booking, we had to pay for 77 euros for rental and insurance.
Good experience
Pros:Friendly and accurate support. I receive a brand new car in my class(with 40km only)
Cons:It was difficult to return a car as all roads around were closed due to reconstruction. I would expect customer service to tell it upfront and explicitly say that I have to drive in against traffic.
