Cons:

They gave thge car away cause I was late. I was not late and everything was on time. I looked into it further and they have a reputation for doing the same thing. So I was without a car. Luckily Uber is big there.

The car was dirty and smelled Ike body odor, it was also covered in dead bugs. They said their “boss won’t let us order bug remover because it’s too close to winter months”??

I wish I could Rent the car at the airport and pick it up downtown, even we had a reservation we couldn't, i ws trying to get the car at 8;00am at the Airport instead of the downtown officce that open at 8:30, I had to get to Amarillo airport by taxi ; your representative wasn't willing to help by the way she arrive at least 20 minutes late to Entreprise counter, we had to move to downtown office and start the whole process instead of just get there and pick it up , lady at amarillo downtown office was very attentive and kind.
