I did not like the vehicle. It also was way overpriced. The price was too expensive for a multiple day rental. My insurance will only reimburse me $36.99 a day for rental coverage. So, my personal out of pocket expense was too much. I’ll shop other options throughly next time prior to renting a vehicle. I was not impressed with the whole experience.Reviewed Aug 30 2026

Do better. Within hours of pick up & after preregistration where disclosure of personal information was requested, I received a text message that there was not a vehicle available for me. It should be clear that this could happen. I had no back up plan. I wasn’t aware that the registration doesn’t secure the rental.Reviewed Aug 28 2026

I returned car on Sunday No attendant on lot to check in so walked keys / mileage into Avis desk handed to rep Was charged for one way return to nola ( MSY) and one additional day showing return on Monday Had to call and get the additional $180 charged reversed. TerribleReviewed Nov 9 2023
