Customer service wasn’t horrible, but there were no cars and no reservation I made could be honored. You should not allow someone to book a reservation if you do not have the availability. I had to be in Dallas that same day and I wasn’t made aware that they couldn’t honor the rental until they opened up the next morning.Reviewed Aug 10 2023

Having a reservation does not mean you will actually get a car! I made the reservation and had my confirmation number for the vehicle that I needed and I was there early to pick it up and I was told that they do not have any vehicles for me to take. I was scheduled to leave for a 10 hour drive from Hertz and this set my entire business trip off schedule.Reviewed Jul 16 2023

Very bad experience picking up. Waited an hour and a half to get to the counter. Car smelled like someone smoked in it and there were bird feces all over it. The car drove fine and was good enough for my long driving trip.Reviewed Jun 9 2023

I didn’t like anything about the experience. There were no cars available for rental at any Hertz location which was a waste of time and energy. The company reps refused to assist me with contacting other locations for availability. I was able to finally obtain a rental from Enterprise and will just stick to them in the future because although they were out of cars they actually contacted me to get me set up with another location that had a car in stock for me.Reviewed Oct 14 2022

I was told that my reservation was cancelled because I did not forsee a delay in my travel for a mechanical failure to the airplane when I made the reservation two weeks in advance. After explaining that to the Hertz employees and leaving to find alternative transportation I was given a rental car. I would not recommend a rental from this location.Reviewed Sep 27 2022
