Pros: The inside smell.
Cons: I had to pray the whole time I had the car. I called enterprise every day about the tire warning light and the low tire on the car. When leaving orange beach, the tire was almost flat. Went to Wal-Mart they found something in it and repairedi it. Thought everything was fine tire light still on. Jax airport sent us to another tire place.they got the light out after checking all the tires. Got up to leave for B R, La. Front seat was soaking wet from rain. Back to Jax airport and demanded another car. One day missed on vaction and big delay on leaving to come home. Horrible trip!!!

Pros: I liked the car, it was new and clean. Big enough for our entire family
Cons: No one was at the counter at the airport. Had to go searching for an attendant after a really long delay in our last flight. It was the middle of the night, had a newborn, a toddler and husband in tow with all our luggage and carseats. Found them way out in the parking garage. The gal was nice but very bad location for women to be in the middle of the night. She couldn't print me any receipt and said that enterprise would email me one I the morning. I still haven't received one. And drop off was confusing, we just left the cat at rental drop off with the keys in it because husband couldn't find key drop box.
