When we picked the car up and their printer wasn’t working so I had to take a picture of my own rental agreement on my phone, the car was dirty. Windows were dirty. Had a half a tank of gas car could’ve been a lot cleaner no floor mats in it at all. And then I get halfway down the street and it says oil change is needed on the vehicle and we were already halfway to our destination that was irritating.. they need to hire more people so these vehicles can be cleaned and given out appropriately now I cleaned it thoroughly before I gave it back, but I shouldn’t have had to do all that extra stuff as we’re really not dirty car keepers anyway, but I had to go an extra mile. 😠Reviewed Dec 14 2025
