Arrived at 5 am to find agent is not in the shop. Had to wait for him for 15 minutes as he was as in the restroom! He told me sorry we don’t have a car for you and did not want to honor my reservation. Only after arguing for 90 minutes did he give me a car. Never again Avis in this locationReviewed Oct 2 2026

There were no cars when I arrived, in spite of having reserved and paid for one. It took over twenty minutes of complaining to finally get a car. They said they were "backed up," which is not really my problem since I'd reserved a car which should have still been here. I didn’t like anything this was a disaster. I never got the car, even though I went up there twice in two days and ended up in a fight with the owner who was yelling at me and basically kicked me out and cancel my reservation against my wishes.Reviewed Oct 1 2026

I never received any kind of receipt for my return as they said they would email me. I never got that either and had to go online to get my receipt. I was overcharged by $1000! I called Avis customer service but no one could help me because it was an international rental. I plan to stop payment with my credit card company on this.Reviewed Sep 30 2026
