The car had a very bad cigarette smell. Smoking should not be allowed in cars. The person that was bringing the cars was smoking while working. The car was not clean when he brought to me. I asked for it to be washed. Inside cigarette smell was awful.Reviewed Oct 21 2025

Car rental was a bait and switch. Get to the counter and find out that somewhere in the fine print we had selected an electric vehicle. It was $20/day extra to get a gas vehicle. We had selected a Toyota Corolla or equivalent which is what we ended up with for more money. Don't remember ever seeing an all electric Toyota Corolla. Very deceptive.Reviewed Oct 19 2025

Plug-in hybrid was left at zero charge and 3/4 of a tank which made it difficult to refill exactly to 3/4 again. The drop-off process was extremely frustrating with no signage at the drop-off address and no help from the attendant I eventually found walking around. I ended up driving around for 30 minutes trying to find the right spot to drop it off and almost missed my connecting ferry.Reviewed Oct 16 2025

The people working at the front desk were great. However, I didn't get the car I booked. The car I did get smelled like weed. Went in to get another car and was downgraded to a Corolla. We had a long drive and it was very uncomfortable.Reviewed Oct 16 2025
