The Kayak website filter gave misleading information. I searched for a car at the Little Rock airport. When I got to Little Rock, I discovered that the car was at a remote location in North Little Rock, which I could not reach from the airport. I called the North Little Rock location and told them to cancel my reservation, but it was not cancelled. I would up for a $50 no-show fee. I won't rent a car through Kayak again.Reviewed May 13 2023

We got a mail in the tire on while using the car. I took it to a Firestone to get the nail out and they said it was too close to the side wall and the tire needed to be replaced for safety. Spoke with Avis reps and they said they would get us a new car but no rental facilities within 2 hrs had our sized rental vehicle which we need for the number of people and luggage. They then said they would send a tow truck to put on the spare which was a donut and that wouldn’t have worked because we had a 7 hour drive which is not safe on a donut. So I had to pay to replace their tire for our own safety!!! Very poor service!!!Reviewed Apr 4 2023

Pros:YES THE GUYS AT McCAIN MALL WERE GREAT THE GUY ON THE PH THAT SAID CATCH A CAB WAS NO HELP I WAS TO PIC UP AND RETUN AT AIRPORT BUT E-MAIL IN THEMIGHT BEFOE SAID NO CARS GO TO THE MALL WHEN GOT TO CAB THERE WAS A LINE OF AVIS CARS THERE OTHER THAN THE TWO GUYS AT THE MALL A VERY BAD EXPERIANCECons:THE TWO GUYS WHERE I PICKED IT UP AT McCAIN MALL WERE GREAT THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP AND MADE SURE I HAD SOMETHING TO DRIVE THEY WERE THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT MY EXPERIANCE I MADE MY RESERVATION TO PICK UP A !CAR! AT THE AIRPORT IN LITTLE ROCK AND RETURN IT TO AIRPORT IN LITTLE ROCK at about midnight before i was to pick up ! CAR ! I GOT E-MAIL TELLING ME TO PICK UP AT McCAIN MALL AND REYURN IT THERE I CALLED NEXT DAY AND ASK WHY PERSON ON THE PH SAID OUT OF CARS AT AIRPORT I ASK HOW DO I GET TO THE MALL HE SAID TAKE A CAB WHICH I HAD TO PAY FOR WHEN I GOT TO THE AIRPORT AND GOT MY BAG ON THE WAY TO THE CAB I PASSED A LINE WITH SEVERAL AVIS !CARS! GOT TO THE MALL AND THEY DID NOT HAVE A !CAR! THE ONLY THING THE HAD WAS A 12!PASANGER! !VAN! SO THATS WHAT I TOOK WAS THAT GAS GUZZLER WHEN I RETURN THE !VAV!
