Arrived at 5 am to find agent is not in the shop. Had to wait for him for 15 minutes as he was as in the restroom! There were no cars when I arrived, in spite of having reserved and paid for one. It took over twenty minutes of complaining to finally get a car. They said they were "backed up," which is not really my problem since I'd reserved a car which should have still been here.
