We paid for a Honda Accord or similar, and when we arrived, we were told we were to get a Corolla. Not a "similar" vehicle. When pressed, we were offered a Nissan Altima. Again, not a reasonable comparison. We should have been offered an "upgrade" to a full-size or, at very least, something more premium. Anyway, the staff were nice.Reviewed Apr 29 2026

The Custmer service Rep at the vounter was very helpful. Xdhe slready knee that the car I reserved won’t fit our needs. She already had a different SUV for us. She explained to us in terms that were not demanding. So we went with her suggestion, the Grand Cherokee. And we had a very good time and fun in our trip. We didn’t have to worry about driving in the snow since its a 4 wheel drive. 👍🙂Reviewed Apr 22 2026
