Drop off was unfriendly. The car was dirty. I asked for an economy car and got a big suv. The guy told me it would get 40 miles to the gallon and it got about 25 which mattered. The guy who answered the phone was unhelpful and not very nice.

Terrible experience with the location. I've filled formal complaints Avis, Michigan AG and FTC. I was forced to wait hours, lied to, threatened, put into dirty vehicles that weren't the vehicle class I pre paid for.
