Pros:I liked how the location is inside the Sears Hardware Store... made it easy to pick up a few items

Cons:Be clear on the pickup location. I selected Airport Blvd and the pickup was downtown and not the Airport. Could not use the reservation and had to pay for the third party insurance.
Pros:Reasonable price for drop off at different location. No charge for 2nd driver ( spouse)
Pros:Agent was polite and didn't do the standard fear-tactic with the insurance; it was just a simple explanation about coverage prices. Drop-off experience was just as friendly. The tech made sure I received my fuel refund; otherwise I would have just walked away not realizing I had pre-paid.
Cons:The car's air-conditioner only worked in the maximum setting. If I wanted to be cool it needed to be on full-blast (first world problem) Also there was a half-eaten Mott's Applesauce cup in the cup holder with a silver dinner spoon. My only guess is that one if the techs had lunch in my car or it wasn't cleaned from the previous renter.
Pros:Car was fine, except for dirty windshield and smeary windshield wipers. Had to stop at a gas station to scrub the windshield.
Cons:My travel plans changed and I had to make changes to the rental. It wasn't easy to cancel my first reservation; despite trying online and on the phone to cancel, Avis still called me on the day of my original reservation asking where I was! The price went up astronimically when I made changes.
Cons:When warm, the car reeked of smoke. We spent hours driving to nearby AVIS centers and on the phone with incompetent agents trying to get a replacement. In the end, we couldn't replace the car and just drove with windows down as much as possible.
Cons:Could not get a hold of customer service!
Pros:Service was absolutely excellent! They had the perfect car for me. The car performed beautifully. ...just what we needed. I even got a ride home and a tattoo artist referral out of it! Will always use them.
