Pros: The late night front desk lady was trying very hard to please everyone. But she was the only one on property.
Cons: 1) our room description stated king bed with couch with fold out bed. No couch when we checked in. Front desk stated they did not have any alternative. No room change or roll away beds.
2) We were put on a "pet" hallway. Guest across the hall had numerous dogs that barked most of the night. Front desk could not get the dogs to stop barking. We were told it was a pet friendly hotel, and we should deal with it.
Hotel has been remodeled, but bathroom is very small.
Front desk did try to offer a Starbucks $5 gift card for inconvenience. Very insulting.

Secluded pool and small spa.
Cons: Very small breakfast area- 6 tables max
Pros: The room, staff, breakfast and pool exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our overnight stay and would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 times.
Pros: Excellent staff
Pros: I did not go. I cancelled my reservation do to health problems.
Pros: Hemet, CA doesn't have a whole lot to do for anyone touring, but we were here to visit family. After finding out how small our relatives home was, we ended up booking at the last minute at Quality Inn. I was a little nervous because I didn't get to do my usual exhaustive research, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice Quality Inn Hemet was! It looks like the bathroom was recently updated. The bed was clean and firm. The maid service did an excellent job everyday. Tonya checked us in and she was so helpful giving us a little background about Hemet and some tips about the surrounding neighborhood. Quality Inn was just 2 minutes from our relatives which was a huge plus, but also so close to many stores and eateries. I would definitely stay here again!
Cons: The carpet seemed a little dates, BUT I normally wear house slippers or shoes when I stay in any hotel/motel. Also the rest of the room looked clean and well maintained and the bathroom did look recently upgraded, so perhaps the carpets are next on the list! They weren't awful by any measure though.

Pros: I love how nice and comfortable it is because having two sons, being a single mom, homeless is difficult enough but knowing we are safe and able to put our heads down at night and close our eyes worry freevis soothing. They help you find the cheapest rate
Cons: That I ran out of money and had to leave
Pros: Very clean for an older motel. More than I expected.
Cons: Maybe a little close to freeway
Pros: Nice location, room is clean and good space,
Cons: Breakfast was very minimal. No access to vending machine or Ice machine.
Cons: It is next to highway 10, hard to get into sleep at night. Also, the internet is very slow, was told the antenna is not working.
Pros: People are very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and usefully arranged. The chair height worked with the table, the outlets were near the table and I could watch tv and use my computer at the same time. Bonus.
Cons: I am travelling with coolers and there is no freezer compartment on the fridge.
Pros: The hotel was good.
Pros: We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay in the area overnight. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking.
Pros: The directv.
Cons: Cannot change input on tv. The breakfast is awful. The basketball court is too close to the vehicle entrance.
Pros: clean, modern rooms we'll kept
Cons: too close to freeway
Pros: The room's cleanliness, new carpet, new TV, nice bath towels and gracious person at check-in. Motels closer to Palm Desert & Indio were almost 3x higher in price
Cons: Lighting was glaringly bright
Cons: Heating system too noisy. Impossible to sleep with the system on. Breakfast did not even meet the minimum for continental category.

Pros: Recent redecorating was nice, and it had a fridge and microwave in the room. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: It needs a good overall cleaning. The inside of the bathroom door was grubby with several long dark hairs stuck to it. The internet didn't work well at all. The 'breakfast' was just cereal and other sweet foods which we don't eat, so it did us no good.

Pros: Hotel served its purpose, Close too our next location. The staff was friendly and meet expectations. .nice TV
Cons: Hotel rooms require attention - drapes be spreads and end tables / armoire. Dirty and in need of repair, carpet also
Pros: The price.
Pros: Breakfast is goodï¼room is big and clean.
Cons: Room smelled terrible
Pros: The breakfast was great!

Cons: 1. Staff was nasty and rude. Barely spoke english.
2. Hotel was primarily occupied by Live-ins and transients.
3. This hotel was a complete ghetto dump in a bad part of town.
Pros: Lady in front office was nice.
Cons: Stained linens, filthy walls, no carpet, moldy bathroom. My parents found a roach in their room. Staff comes in and turns the A/C off!
Pros: Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Very quiet.
Cons: Hotel is definitely independently owned and operated. Furniture is worn. Walls need fixing and painting. A couple ants.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, wonderful free breakfast. We left my wife's cane there after we checked out and was able to retrieve it with no problem. A 2-star motel with 5-star help. We'd stay there again!

Very hard to rest.
Noise in the rooms on each side
Pros: I did like the big space of the room. Beds and sofa sleeper were very comfortable.
Cons: The first room was given was beyond filthy. Had food on tables. Carpets were just disgusting. Fridge and microwave very outdated. I called front dest asap. Had them give me another room which was a lot better.
Pros: It was clean and really nice establishment.
Pros: was close to where we were visiting
Cons: room wasn't all that clean. carpets were trashed
Pros: The young woman who checked me in was very helpful and pleasant. The rate was reasonable.
Cons: 1.Paper-thin walls & door that did not seal properly allowed the very loud noises of partiers above to disturb me all night long. 2.The heater/air conditioner combo was rattling all night long. The drafty front door allowed chilly air to come though. 3.The Inn is located in a very noisy area. I heard ambulances all night long. 4.Overall, I would have been better off on a couch in a house full of kids who wake up early.

Pros: Didn't have the room type I requested. Room was somewhat dirty. Beds weren't comfy. I asked for extra pillows and didn't get any.
Pros: The staff was friendly. The location was easy to get to. Walking distance to food and shopping. Pet friendly (did not bring mine)
Cons: The room had a bad smell. I came with my own pillows and linen and used lysol all over the room to start and still woke up itchy and with bug bites. The refrigerator would not even turn on. The wood floors were nice but, I made the mistake of walking on them barefoot and it was disgusting. On the wall it looked like some one threw food and it was stuck there. I think if these things were corrected this would not be a bad place.
Pros: Close to Town & Food
Cons: Parking lot is shared with other businesses who will tow your car if you are parked on their side of the lot.
Didn't feel like the hotel was in a good area.
My bed was way to soft and almost looked slept in with wrinkled sheets

Pros: it was clean I'll give them that much but they seriously need to do some upgrading
Cons: I've stayed at this hotel before, but this last time the quality has gone down. They used to offer a cable package, but now there's only like 20 channels. Their Wi-Fi is also so slow and the signal is so weak that you can't even use it. Don't plan on staying here if you want to be comfortable in your room. I had to check out early and go to the hotel down the street "Americas best value one". This other hotel was much nicer and the price was cheaper

Pros: The price was right. the room was neat and clean, It was old but ok. cable worked and the manager was friendly.
This place should be inspected it's horrible

Cons: The room was tiny & old as were the towels & bedding. I would not stay there again. There were many undesirable people around the motel.
Pros: the tv was nice

Pros: price, location,
Pros: Location central to downtown
Cons: Towels were quality of cleaning rags1 washcloth - 2 guestsBase around toilet bowl had not been cleaned in weeksRefrigerator defrosted in middle of night
I'll make sure to stop people from staying there!
Pros: They ripped me off for $42 by over charging my card and I can promise that I will never rent there again! I always get hotels for my employee's bur this place is HORRIBLE!!!!
Cons: Sucks , crooks.
Pros: Lots of restaurants & stores nearby.
Cons: The place next seemed to have a lot of drug addicts. Although this place did try & keep them out so that was a plus.
The place is very much in need of refurbishing. I know the area we were staying in and I expected a little better.
Cons: Our reservation was for a non-smoking room and they gave us the key to a room that had obviously had smokers and management had used a spray to try to cover the odor. We ended up in a room on the second floor. Not easy for seniors.
Pros: I did not like anything about the property. Luckily it was only for one night.
Cons: When i arrived to check in, i stood at the desk for at least 15min ringing the bell before anyone finally came and even then i had to wait for someone else to come before i was helped. The room was the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in.
we stay there a few nights and most og them were niceand quiry one or two of them we didnt sleep do to fighting and/or partying of other guest but staff was helpful rooms were clean. it was a good place at a really good price the lowest price around without it being a nasty place

Price was good served its purpose but they could have used some bleach on sheets ....
Pros: The price was good
Cons: The bed spread was dirty and the rug had cig burns on it...need more outlets to charge phones...one face cloth was dirty..
It's crap and it was a horrible experience.
Cons: The room was horrible. The tv didn't work but they came and fixed it. The shower was slow draining and the shower head came off. Then the sink broke and we had to shut the water off under it. I would never stay there again.
California Budget Motel is a great choice for a stay in Hemet. Free perks include WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: Nothing, room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for awhile.Did not have a flat sheet. Room did not have a night lamp, no fan in the bath room, need outlets to connect cell phones, had to disconnect the fridge to use one. key card did not work properly
Cons: Better internet signal
Pros: It was clean and cheap
Cons: I got what I expected
Pros: The best thing about this hotel was the price. It was way cheaper than anything else I could find.
Cons: The shower was very bad. Shower head was not mounted on the wall properly, it was loose and at a very low point; very hard to get any useful water flow. No containing edge on the floor so water leaked and soaked the bathroom floor. Staff service was a D+.
Pros: Ants in bathroom. Got screamed at because I use the wash cloth on my body and not in just my face. And did I mention ants!!
Cons: Rude owners
Pros: The a/c worked very good.
For the budget traveler, for brief stayover, you cant beat the price & good bang for the buck.Staff polite & accommodating.
Pros: Easy to find location.
Cons: Parking tight & not enough spaces to park car directly in front of your room
Hotel was extremely run down. Has a heater in the room that is very dangerous from the 1940's had no idea how to operate it. The TV was nearly impossible to get working, the sink was falling off wall, bathroom was identical to prison bathroom. Shower was difficult to get working and only dribbled water it would not spray hard enough to take a full shower so ended up washing in sink. Air conditioner was old 75 dollar homedepot model from 1998 and when turned on blue dirt into my eyes and I had to wash my eyes for several minutes. Curtains were so full of moth holes it was like swiss cheese only blocked some of the light from early morning actually comical amount of holes. The closet when opened smelled so bad I had to go outside and take 3 deep breaths then I left with doors open and windows and AC on full blast and sprayed my aftershave all over in the room just to make it tolerable for the night. The bed sheets were clearly from 5+ years of use. Just full of holes and we had very odd blankets on the bed Blanket with eagle and american flag fleece. Not sure the importance of that in the room. The ice machine and vending machine were next to our room both out of service. The pool should just be filled in with cement I think they are wasting money just keeping it clean I'd just decomission it and use the savings to clean the AC units in the rooms, and put some new curtains and linen in the room. Possibly a odor eater. This will be the hotel I compare everything too and being a 0 out of 10 so i will compare from this being the worst hotel with 0 effort put into customer experience.
Pros: Price availability
Cons: The clerk called me on my cell on the way to the hotel and said if i don't make it by 10:30pm to check in he will give our room to someone else. After arriving he said he doesn't have the correct credit card number he wants to charge us now.
Pros: The staff was pleasant. AC functioned well. Curtains definitely kept out the daylight.
Cons: The heater has seen better days but the AC was fine. Couldn't get the TV to work. Room was old, there was a live spider in the bed. Shower pressure affected by toilet flushing. Did not feel like a very savory location.
Pros: Owners are nice, no frills cheap motel that had hot water, hbo, internet, and clean bathroom, enjoyed my stay
Cons: Iit was cold this time around, our heater was way outdated.
Pros: The decorations outside
Cons: the manager just walked in the room and claimed he thought we had left and 7am
Enjoy your visit to San Jacinto with a stay at Hacienda Motel. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, and freebies like WiFi, self parking, and wired Internet are added perks. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with flat-screen TVs and room service.
Pros: I needed a room to get ready for my work holiday party instead of driving home one hour away and the whole experience was perfect! I wanted to feel safe and get a nice simple room. This definitely met my needs and expectations. The gentlemen working the front desk that evening was very pleasant. Definitely worth the money.
room decor -color combination ..
breakfast...increase the hours till 11am ...
Cons: there is a tree in the middle of the parking lot- CUT IT DOWN
paint the facility-make it look new-
2nd floor carpet-floor is dirty- clean it or REMOVE IT ...
came for pow wow- it was close to morongo casino-
pave the parking lot- its worn down ...
