Pros (+) The only thing I liked about this hotel was the selection of channels on the TV. We never ran out of things to watch. Lots of movies.
Cons (-) When we first got there, the receptionist spoke very little English and what he could say was broken and hard to understand. Our smoking free room reeked of cigarette smoke. The blackout curtains on the window would close so we had to bear with the pool lights shining in the window all night. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the ceiling had obvious watermarks. There was also a party go...

Pros (+) Absolulty nothing the room was filthy it had hair and pee on back of toilet room stunk like sweat, breakfast was all cold.
Cons (-) Everything was so disgusting I will never go back. Want my money back but my sick mother in law has cancer and not doing good (the reason for our visit)didn't feel like fighting with the hotel.

Tom, Sep 2017 - Baymont by Wyndham Knoxville/Cedar Bluff
Pros (+) We were looking for a pet-friendly place to stay with our new dog, while visiting family. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pet rooms were well kept and odor free. They even offered an area with bags and waste cans for pet owners! This was an extremely busy week cosidering there were quite a few evacuees from Hurricane Irma and a UT game. The staff was stretched pretty thin, but remained...
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like was no reflection on the hotel... but some of the Rude and Ungrateful "guest" who didn't clean up after their pets! The hotel is gracious enough to accept pets and supply pet areas and waste bags. You'd think people would respect that and clean up after their pets. Ok...i'm done.

Pros (+) We loved the fact that we found such a nice place to stay with our Puggle Chloe. She loved it too.
Cons (-) People with pets have luggage to. If you had a pet you were in a different building but this building had no carts for luggage no handicap access to this building. There was a perfect space to hold carts just none there.

Pros (+) We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. I respect the management for giving its housekeeping people the holiday off to be with their families. We enjoyed a plentiful breakfast selection each day.
