Pros (+) The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) There was lots of dog poop on outside of hotel on grass. Not necessarily the hotels fault though, but maybe they could have more poop collecting bags outside.

Pros (+) staff was wonderful and the facility was very clean.
Cons (-) The wifi did not work very well in the room. The gentleman at the front desk tried to help. I never could get online with my laptop in the room so I needed to go to the lobby.

Tim Hunter, Feb 2018 - Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville/North I-75
Pros (+) The rooms were great - large suite style room with nice furniture and facilities
Cons (-) There were noisy people in the hall late into the evening. I did not call the front desk because it eventually quieted down. The pool looked unhealthy to swim in. I am a vegetarian and there was ham in the eggs. I found other things to eat, but ham in the eggs kept me from getting my go-to breakfast.
