Cons:
The car that I rented while driving on heat temperature turn off twice. We had to stop driving due to m air condition issues I guess or mechanical problem . Very disgustedThrifty

When I arrived, 10 minutes before my reservation time . They told me that they did not have any cars available, I was told that I would have to wait until a car was returned. Then when there was a car being returned they did not show any intention To try to get me to use that one, even though I mentioned I didn't mind the car not being vacuumed since I needed to car already , reason why I reserved for 8am. What is the point of making a reservation for a specific time if when you arrive the car is not going to be available. worst customer service I have ever received2.0 Poor

Well the young woman at the Norwalk location was extreamly rude, when I asked about extending my rental she said I couldn't do that. That after my rental was up I'd have to pay $98/day which made no sense since I could have canceled my rental and created a new rental at a cheaper price. I had to contact hertz directly to correct this and the helpful person on the phone extended my rental in seconds with no issues. However the car broke down less than 2 days so I had to unpack all my things (I'm moving across the country) and repack it all which was very time consuming and annoying.Budget
